I was reading this book in every place that I could! I didn't have the time to finish the book in one sitting, but I was trying to read a couple of chapters every time I took a break. I loved Sky and Sawyer's story and I wanted them to keep me company wherever they could. To be honest, though, I didn't like some two parts of the story. The first thing is Sky's reaction to Sawyer's boxing and the kind of ultimatum she gave him felt irrational and a little too dram heavy for me. Sawyer put himself ...more

This one is not for me at all. When I was offered this book for review, I thought it sounded like something I might like so I gave it a try. I do not care for Melissa Moran's narration at all. She sounds very monotonous during most of the reading although she sounds a lot more natural during dialogue so I guess the robotic voice is a stylistic choice. I just know that the narration made it very hard to stay focused on the book.

The story wasn't really working for me either. There is a wh

Ebook Review:

In a world of many colors, Skye looks at the world through rose colored glasses. She sees the good in life, despite the many heartbreaks heaped upon her family. That optimism can prove to be both a blessing and a curse. The higher the aim, the more emotional the disappointment is when it comes. Luckily she has friends to watch her back and lift her spirits when the clouds become too much. When fate places her in the path of a stranger with a gift for music that calls to her heart, s

Addison Cole’s Nights at Seaside is a deeply moving novel. Tattoo artist Sky Lacroux and poet Sawyer Bass are featured in this sexy, contemporary stand-alone read. The characters appealed to me and their journey touched my heart!
The author’s expressive writing style shines in Nights at Seaside. I could feel the connection between Sawyer and the audience at the Governor Bradford Inn as he began to sing on open mic night. I sensed that the intensity of Sawyer’s persona and the words in his ballad

I love reading the Seaside books. The characters always bring a smile to my face with their humor, wit, love, and loyalty. They are a giant family. You can never go wrong with reading a Seaside story.

I enjoy Sky's character. She's very caring, creative, and down to earth. She's the type of person I'd love to hang out with. Her interactions with the Seaside Sisters are my favorite.

Sawyer seems too good to be true. His poetic words and kind heart make him the perfect book boyfriend. I really enj

Melissa Foster becoming Addison Cole and writing sweet books with just a touch of heat might have been the best business decision of the decade. I love Melissa's writing and am even more in love with Addison's. Not all my friends enjoy a book that is a bit more explicit so Addison's adaptations are just what I need to recommend to these people.

While this is book six in a series - at least if I count correctly, it can be read as a standalone. I would, though, recommend you read them all. Picking

Okay so by now you know how much I love to read. Especially when those books are placed in my home state of Massachusetts. This book is set in beautiful Provincetown, Massachusetts. In this book we meet Sawyer and Sky, Sawyer is a professional boxer who likes to play his guitar at a local bar. He does this to forget that his father died. Sky owns a tattoo parlor and has everything she could ever want except for love.

I loved the immediate chemistry between these two. This book had me looking for

My first thought is they just keep getting better. But actually that sounds like each installment is better than the last.

I haven't read them all. And, I have read them out of order but
there isn't a real need to read in order.

Each one I've read is just better it seems than the last. Perhaps because we get to 'know' a different one of the characters better.

Nights at Seaside was a great read. The characters are real.

Sky is sweet. Had me wondering a little bit as I am not much into tattoo's. I

Sky is awesome - she has a spirit about her that is free and giving. As a tattoo artist, I feel like she's probably judged by the cover, rather than what is more than skin deep. Her tattoo work helps express that beauty and flow of poetry that makes her who she is. Sky has over-protective brothers who pull her back down to Earth when she lets the Universe take control of her pull; but when Sawyer walks into her shop, her brothers no longer have the power. Fate takes over and the pair finds a con ...more

The emotional ups and downs, sexual chemistry, the battles within, without, self-acceptance, and realization comes to play in this one. It is a beautiful read that comes with its own sensuality and life's hits. One boxer that has taken just a bit too much from life and a lovely tattoo shop owner that finds something in the other that makes life more than it currently was.

Sky & Sawyer have a heat that travels the length of a room and an emotional chemistry that feels the air. You are in for a ve

In an Oyster Shell – It was an okay addition to the series this had a more instantaneous love than the other books had.

The Pearls – I love this series you get all the stories with none of the explicit scenes. I am so glad that Addison Cole is doing a sweet addition to these books. It means I don’t have to miss out on the great stories.

The strongest component this series has going for them is the characters. Sky has been in the other books so it was fun to see her story. Each character is distinc

Sky has spent her life plagued by overprotective brothers and friends, but she's finally beginning to make it on her own. Her tattoo parlor business is building and she's in a great place in her life. While reading poetry at an open mic night she's swept away by Sawyer's voice, and soon by the man himself.

Sawyer is a gentle, loving, romantic soul, who is a professional boxer by day. Can Sky get past his career to love the man underneath? Is Sawyer willing to risk it all to provide a future for h

Sky is a free flowing spirit who is not looking for love. Sawyer Bass is, on the outside, the total opposite: a professional boxer. This is the newest book in the Nights at Seaside series. It’s Sky ( tattooist) & Sawyer ( boxer/singers) book. And it”s a moving book with great characters who love life, each other and family. Sky is the free spirit – opening her dream shop in town and falling for a guy with a guitar. But he’s so much more – a poet & song witter with a core of steel as a fighter. But can Sky accept all of him because his goal to support his family is worthy but so is his life. Read this newest book in this great ...more

I was so excited to find out it was finally Sky's turn to take center stage. She is by far the seaside sweetie that I most identify with! Walking to the beat of her own drum, Sky isn't one to let much get her down, not that she wouldn't mind a little love and lust in her life...if it could get past Blue and her overprotective brothers. Sawyer is definitely hot, no question, but his rough, boxer exterior belies what lies within - a lovely, artistic soul. Together they have the potential to create ...more

I have said this with each book in this series, but they are so heartwarming. I get the warm fuzzy feeling when I read this series, and I love it!
Sawyer could be such a contradiction, but it works so well for him. He is someone that I would love to know in real life.
Sky is so sweet and caring, and in some ways a little too sheltered. I love the outlook that she has on life.

If you are looking for a captivating light-hearted romance novel with a splash of humour, then this is a book you want to check out. Although I would recommend reading her previous work in this series, this book can be read as a standalone novel.
The characters are fun, and the Author has a way of making you feel like you are part of the story.
Although on the surface Sky & Sawyer seem to have total opposite personalities, when you get to know their characters you soon see how they have many more

Another great book by Addison Cole. I just love Sky and Sawyer. These two fit well together and compliment each other nicely. This is a great love story that flows really well. I was sad when the book ended because I was still wanting more of Sky and Sawyer. There was the perfect mix of sweet and heat. The whole seaside series gives you laughter and tears and lots in between.

Say hello to another fun Seaside novel by Addison Cole. If you're unfamiliar with these books they're clean versions of a sexy series of books by author Melissa Foster. The Sweet with Heat versions include the romance without the graphic sex scenes. If you know my reading style by now, you'll know this is one of my favorite genres to read.

Nights at Seaside is the sweet edition of the steamy novel Seaside Nights.
Sky Lacroux is a free spirit "bohemian" type gal who likes to think she is being guided by the universe. She finally was able to open her own Tattoo shop 'Inky Skies' in the artsy community of P-Town (what they all call Provincetown, Massachusetts.) She hopes that if her brothers will lay off their over protectiveness a little, that love will fall into her lap. Sky and the girls take a night off and go to an open mic night

Another sweet and emotional audiobook by one of my favourite authors.

Sky is so sassy and independant and loves being a tattoo artist and when she realises her dream of opening her own tattoo parlour she realises there is only one thing missing from her life, love. Seeing her friends falling in love so deeply has her wanting some romance in her own life, then she meets Sawyer, the man she can't stop thinking about.

Oh, my gosh. I love Melissa Moran as a narrator. She makes magic with her voice. I am able to feel the emotions, understand the feelings, and lose myself in her words.
