I thoroughly enjoyed the book. There is a spiritual world all around us and it is in constant play with our lives. This novel of Luanne's has tapped into that realm and fabricated a story that fringes the power struggle between government, large pharma, and the world's population. I found the storyline advanced well and kept my attention, moving back and forth between the mortal and spiritual in such a sense as to be frightening at times. Wonderful story! You will find it complex, yet easy to read. It is a page-turner.

I found it refreshing to read an exciting story without being assaulted by cursing and graphic sex scenes. There is a great depth to the characters, who remain true throughout the book, including some dramatic life changes. Character interactions are delineated in such a way as to make the read smooth and exciting. Themes are contemporary, yet age-old, and relevant to today's world.
