This is my first book that I read by R.R Banks, I must say I enjoyed reading Hot Daddy. I thought Amelia and Samuel were cute sexy and had me laughing at some parts. While I was reading the reviews some say it was hard to get into thankfully that wasn’t the case with me. A 5 star read for me.

Happy Reading

Took me a week to get into this book and just as the story line got interesting the book was over. I hate leaving bad reviews but this book just didn't do it for me. It repeated it self over to many times and had a lot of grammar issues.

So I am a bit disappointed, I loved all the other R. R. Banks books that I have read but this one fell all the way flat for me.
So you have Brady who is about to be 30 and according to the will that his parents left him if he doesn't have a wife by then he won't get the company our the football team. Rich folks problems.
Amanda, is a struggling student who doesn't like to take help from anyone but has a chance meeting with Brady and even though in the beginning she is adamant that she wants nothing to do with him, he pays off her apartment for a year. Stalker to the extreme.
Ok I get that this was supposed to be a short HEA, but jeez could things have happened any quicker. I swear it was just a matter of days that he was proposing and not for the original business arrangement but because he "loved" her. This is the same man that was a known playboy, they had no type of relationship before this moment. They didn't really go into more detail about his son or the ex if she really did want to get back into Nicholas's life. They didn't go further into the relationship when they were staying together for the few months. They didn't say what happened to Tiffany.
There was just way WAY to many unknowns to end the book.
This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.

Hot Daddy

A Billionaire- Brady, who basically is given an ultimatum, and a timeline to have made things happen by, only because his step sibling is creating an issue, with his families legacy. Now with no choice but to do what he feels he has too, and is right, he makes a plan and needs the help of someone he has met. Amanda recently lost her job, now with rent due, no job in site, still trying to go to school, what will she do to survive? Will she and Brady be able to help each other out of their own predicaments? Great story, loved it💞, enjoy!

I received a free audible code from the narrator for this title.

The narration was good, I enjoyed Rodney's voice. Some of his female voices are a little too breathy, but they are otherwise good. I think the hardest part for me was it was had to tell when he was narrating the female POV. Unless the female was talking, he narrated her internal monologue in his normal voice rather than a more feminine voice. I would enjoy to listen to other stories narrated by him.

As for the story itself, it was just ok. It is not going to be one of those stories that sticks in my head. This is my first story by R.R. Banks. And maybe it is b/c he is male (though I hate to make that assumption, and I wont know til I read more of his work) but his main female did not feel very female-y.

Amanda: She was aggressive, overly so, kinda bitchy, and just wants to beat the shit out of people. I am not saying it is a bad thing for a female to be tough and hardcore but this was all in a negative way. There was no compassion or care at all for others, she was really kind of an asshole. Then we find out she wants to be a child psychologist. Her attitude and actions really didn't mesh with that goal. From what little we know about her past I can see why she thinks about going into that profession, I just don't think she has the disposition. But then after she starts dating Brady, she is a different person, chill, normal, mild, and unassuming. No more snarky remarks, no more attitude, no desire to beat the shit out of people. it was just odd.

I think my favorite part of the story is when Brady is trying to convince Amanda to actually talk to him. Before and after is was just meh.

Brady: Typical man whore, who is forced to grow up and apparently Amanda is the game changer. I can see how they work together a bit during their first family outing and could see the attraction. After that things advanced very quickly in their relationship, a little too fast it seamed to me. His son is not really in the book much at all, so the title is more for titillation than anything else.

All The Right Moves

Southern Fried 💘Love, Darlin'
And Jealousy is a Be Itch, Y'all

Brady🐺🍌🌋 is a trust fund baby, he stands to inherit a huge dynasty, which includes a pro 🏈football team, the Copperheads. He has some hoops to jump through, some moves He has to make. He has to be married by age 30. Right now he's 28 and has an illegitimate son 4 years old that he is raising with the help of his housekeeper. The little boy was abandoned at birth and left with Brady.
Brady🐺🍌🌋 is a playboy and a womanizer, he spends his time watching the team and wanting to fire the general manager for incompetence, but he can't until and if he takes over the business. If he fails to make the right moves, his half sister gets it all and she plans to sell off everything. She is ruthless.

There are a fairly large number of misspellings and even omitted words in this book. It could use more editing. At location 906, Dale Keating, Brady's father, is called Deal. The book is a little slow moving, too.
There are also some continuity problems with the timeline of when Brady🐺🍌🌋first meets Amanda💋💃 in the coffee shop and when they meet in the street outside her apartment. He says his PI has been checking her out for a week, but she's only been fired for a few days.
I Liked the fact that Amanda💋💃 is a tough mma type fighter when she needs to work off all her many aggressions and frustrations. Her sarcastic mouth gets her in a lot of big trouble, but it's because she doesn't trust anyone.
How can she trust Brady to do what he says?
YEHAW! Ride em Bareback🍌, Cowgirl!🐎🐎🐎🐎

The book was mainly formula generated, but once it got going past the slow beginning, it was good. I would recommend for light reading. No earth shattering, or mind blowing xxx scenes. Brady is basically steady Eddie after the auspicious beginning of the book.

Brady is the son of a wealthy family. His family owns a billionaire business and a professional sports team. When he was younger, Brady had a one night stand that resulted in a baby but the mother abandoned her baby with Brady. Brady tries to be a good dad but work keeps him busy. His parents died and left a will that puts the pressure on Brady. He has until he is thirty to show mastery of his family business and to get married to provide a family for his son. If he doesn't then the business will got to his illegitimate half sister who hates his whole family. Brady can't let her destroy the family business so he decides to take steps.
Amanda comes from a rough background but she is trying to better herself. She is trying to get a degree in psychology but she has to support herself. To help pay her bills, she has a job in a coffee shop where the customers are driving her nuts. Their rudeness causes her to get too sarcastic and she offends them. Her run-in with rude Brady causes her to lose her job. Then he has the nerve to ask her out but Amanda isn't afraid to let him know what she thinks of him. Brady keeps pestering her saying he has a proposition for her. Amanda is annoyed but finally agrees to listen just to get rid of him. She is shocked when Brady proposes marriage as a business deal. He will pay for her schooling and all her needs in return for marrying him to help save his company.
Their business marriage is a good idea but both Amanda and Brady are developing intense personal feelings for each other. Their marriage might become something more until Brady's half-sister decides to get involved. This is a great pretend marriage book. Brady comes off as cocky and arrogant at first but he soon shows he is a good guy down deep. His half sister is a real b.... I voluntarily received a copy of this story and this is my honest review.

I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Brady was born into a wealthy family. All the woman say he sounds like Matthew McConaughey. He owns half of Texas, and life if good. Until his half sister threatens his inheritance. The only way to stop her is to get married as is stated in his parents will. Luckily Brady has just the right candidate in Amanda. She has a smile that lights up the state of Texas and is the only woman who has ever made Brady think about settling down. Brady is willing to do anything to win her over. He is even willing to do the one thing he has never done with another woman....introduce her to his son.

I loved this story. Brady is a single dad. When he was younger he had a fling that resulted in his son but his son's mother abandoned them both leaving Brady a single dad. When his parents died it was stated in their will that he had till he was thirty to show he can run the family business and he must get married to provide a family for his son. Brady has a illegitimate half sister who hates Brady and his entire family and sees this as her opportunity to ruin Brady and the family business. This story will keep you entertained and reading till the very end. I swooned plenty of times over Brady and I loved Amanda. She is his opposite. Never raised with money or an easy childhood and is just trying to get past it and get her degree. She is a sassy little thing and I loved the interaction between Amanda and Brady.

If you are looking for a fun book to escape in for a while Hot Daddy will not disappoint.

Cute, sexy, funny, and engaging story!

I received an Advance Reader Copy for Hot Daddy written by R. R. Banks and voluntarily reviewed this book. Four years ago, Brady Keating unexpectedly became a father. With the mother out the picture, he still felt unprepared (and still is) to be a father to Nicholas, still hankering to hang with friends but wanting and wishing he could be a better dad to his son. Now that his father has passed away, Brady has until he is thirty years old to become married as well as assume the role of CEO to his father’s technology empire. If he fails to meet those two essential criteria, he will lose everything to his half-sister, Tiffany, even his beloved football team, the Copperheads.

Amanda Johnson was not impressed with having to serve Brady at her coffee house, especially when he was being sarcastic to her. One sassy comment and backtalk too many becomes the last straw, and her manager is forced to fire her on the spot. Now jobless and soon-to-be evicted, with tuition to pay as well, she is forced to listen to Brady when he presents his proposal and lays everything on the line for her to consider. The only thing Brady did not consider was just how taken he would be with Amanda, and how much she fit by his side and into his life. But he better get a move-on, because Tiffany is striking close and has a vendetta to fulfill...

This is the first book I've ever read by author R.R. Banks. The story of Brady Keating, a late-20s playboy who has only a short time to fulfill certain conditions to meet the requirements set out by his parents to gain his full inheritance. He also has to contend against his scheming half-sister who has plans to take over the Keating empire when Brady fails to meet the requirements of his parents' wills. Amanda is a down-on-her-luck barista who's on the verge of getting both fired and evicted. Her path crosses with Brady's and he decides a mutually-beneficial partnership is in order. He gets the wife he needs (one of the conditions is to be married) and Amanda no longer needs to hurry looking for work to keep her apartment and food on her table and pay her bills.

As I mentioned before, this is the first R.R. Banks book I've read. It will certainly not be the last. I was drawn into the story right away and didn't want to turn the final page. When you want the story to just go on, after the book itself is over, that's the mark of a great story. Hot Daddy has that and so much more. Do yourself a solid and pick up a copy of Hot Daddy today.

I read an ARC of this book and am voluntarily providing a review.

I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

I enjoyed reading this story because it was full of emotional angst, scorching love scenes, and a compelling storyline. The story pulled me in from the beginning and held my attention and was entertaining, but also was heartwarming and emotional. R.R. Banks did an amazing job in putting these characters together. From the very first page, I was spellbound by these fantastically described characters that you will find yourself falling in love with—or not. Brady is handsome, sexy, and a rich playboy who is a single father, but in order to get his inheritance and take over his father’s business plus a football team, he has to do one thing—find a candidate. Amanda is very brazen and she is very forward in telling people what she thinks of them. Now, Brady wants Amanda—but how does he get this feisty brazen woman to be his candidate? The chemistry between Brady and Amanda becomes sizzling hot! The scenes are well written, fast-paced and flow smoothly from one scene to the next. This story will pique your interest and draw you in from the beginning to the very end. So do yourself a favor and buy this book, you will not be disappointed.

When Snarky, stubborn, take no B.S Amanda is let go from her job at the coffee shop after already being on her last straw with her boss for a war of words with the Billionaire, ladies man, with an aura of arrogance surrounding him Brady- she has a few choice words for the man.
Not thrown off by her less than stellar attitude, he wants to get to know her better! Amanda intrigues Brady. Feeling sorry for her since she lost her job, he has a proposition for her that could save them both. Just getting her to agree without her trying to hurt him might be an unusual feat.
Hot Daddy, was such a fast-paced read, full of humor, plenty of drama with its backstabbing families, blackmailers, inheritance woes, & the past coming back to haunt you.

Almost felt like I was watching daytime T.V.. or at my family reunion!

Fear not though, there is plenty of sweet romance, and a few emotional ups and downs as Amanda and Brady find their way.
I hearted the hell out of Hot Daddy! This book was sexy, insta-connection, sweet, fun read that gives you a taste of everything and left me craving more!
IMO a definite must read!

R. R. Banks delivers another fantastic read with this sizzling hot story!! From the very beginning the characters and great storyline pull you in and keep you hooked until the very end.

Amanda Johnston is a feisty, hot-tempered young woman who meets her match with Brady Keating. Their first time meeting they end up in a heated exchange. Thinking Brady is nothing more than a spoiled, pompous jerk Amanda argues with him unknowingly in front of her boss and ends up without a job.

Brady has enjoyed his life as San Antonio's most eligible bachelor and all the perks that go along with it. When he learns that his inheritance may be at risk he comes up with a plan to meet the terms of his parents' will and has the perfect candidate in mind. Problem is how will he ever get Amanda to agree?

What starts out as a marriage of convenience soon turns into something more. Will Brady finally realize it's time to settle down? Will Amanda learn it's okay to ask for help or lean on someone else? Read Hot Daddy to find out!!

Hot Daddy
By: R.R. Banks
Narrated by: Rodney Falcon

RR Banks is a new to me author and I loved this introduction to her writing. Yes, single dad romances are a guilty pleasure of mine, and Brady came through with flying colors. When his father died, the terms of the will stated he had to get married. With his half-sister Tiffany on the prowl to get a hold of the company, Brady knew he had to satisfy the terms. But who to marry? Amanda is a barista at the local coffee house and is need of a new job. Will she suffice in a fake marriage? This book is fun from beginning to end. It has that over the top Texas quality, with a few twists. The characters are engaging, with passionate scenes, brutal deceptions and a little boy that steals your heart! It's got some humor in there too to keep you smiling. A great start for this new to me author!

Rodney Falcon is spot on with his narration of this story! Love his Texas feel, with Brady, and the condescension attitude he gives with Tiffany. He shines through with his slight raspiness, giving the narration a sexy edge. It's a fun listen!

Brady is handsome, rich, sexy, cocky, a father and in need of a wife. Amanda has a rough time holding her tongue when it comes to people that say/do stupid things and she treats Brady no different. When she loses her job because of him, what will happen? Brady is on the verge of losing all his father built if he doesn't get married by the time he's 30. He will lose it to his half-sister who doesn't like him or their father and she feels betrayed. What better way to get someone back than to take everything they have from them. When Brady approached Amanda with a proposition will she accept? He feels bad she lost her job, can he make things better? With the chemistry that they have will something that may start off as "fake" become real? I am not going to tell you because that is not the type of reviewer I am. You will have to pick the book up to find out more, you will not be disappointed. I voluntarily read an Advanced Reader's Copy of this book.

I really enjoyed Brady and Amanda's story. I liked that, while she had a difficult past, she was strong enough to pull herself up by the bootstraps and learn to control her emotions/anger (mostly) through a controlled outlet. I also thought it was genuine the way Brady had to work on his relationship with his little son - not wanting to be like his father, seeing he might be heading that way, and making a concentrated effort to change that. - because when they were together, it was heartfelt!
I did want to boot Amanda in the behind at one point - you'll know what I mean when you read it! But overall, I felt their relationship unfolding, as if in person. The words and emotions all seemed genuine and generated more than a few tears as reading. A very entertaining read - and what's not to love about that cover!

There were parts of this book that were very, very good. The plot had a lot of potential and wasn't just a typical "fake marriage" one. The whole beginning had tons of promise. The bedroom scenes were well done with lots of passion and heat. I liked both Amanda and Brady and thought there were many layers to them that could have been explored... and there's the one problem I had with this book. The pacing was just a little off, going from slow and measured near the start to where I thought I'd really get to know them to faster and glossing over some backstory and details that I thought could have added a lot to the book.

Overall I enjoyed it and would certainly read more by the author. Recommended for those who like a steamy romance with some obstacles and a HEA. I voluntarily am leaving a review of a complimentary copy of this book.

Ever since I finished reading this book I haven't been able to stop thinking about it. I have to say it was not what I was expecting. This was a really sweet love story that yes, does include some hot "mature" scenes. I love the fact that the female lead character had a mind of her own and isn't just swayed by the money and prestige of the male lead. In fact, her salute to him when she drives off in a cab I think is my favorite scene. But I really enjoyed all of the characters...even his sister - excuse me half-sister. I think I would have liked to learn more about some of the other characters. In my opinion a writer who can write interesting supporting characters that make me want to know them better is a good writer. I'm sure you will agree.

This is a stand alone story that has a happily ever after and no cliffhanger.

Brady was easy to fall in love with and just might be my next book boyfriend. In order for Brady to inherit his parents large estate he has to get married. Talk about a football team, a family business and half the property in Texas. If he's not married by 30, his vindictive half sister gets everything. Brady meets Amanda and a coffee shop as she is getting fired. Knowing she needs money he offers her the 'job' of being his fake wife. She's a strong woman and doesn't let him run all over her. If was fun watching them develop together and the chemistry starting to spark. This was a great book, well written with strong characters and lots of spice. This is a really sweet story about love blooming under less than normal circumstances.
Brady is being reminded that he has two years to get married or he forfeits his father's empire (including his beloved San Antonio NFL team) to his evil half sister. Possibly losing his NFL team has spurred him into action. This leads him to a smart-mouthed redhead who can literally kick his butt.
Amanda has fought her entire life to get where she is. Falling on some hard times, she thinks Brady's "proposal" is a crazy idea, but her life has never been anything normal.
Little do the two of them know that there might be more to this scheme than just business.
Hot Daddy is complete with wicked sisters, ex girlfriends and a hot alpha male in a cowboy hat.

This is a fast sexy read. Brady Keating is a 28 year old single father who wants to be the best father and man he can, but worries that he'll never be as good a man as his late father. He wants to take over his legacy, but doesn't know how to ask for help. Amanda Johnston is a young woman who wants to finish her degree and become a child psychologist but is stuck in a dead end job. She refuses to ask anyone for help. Amanda had a horrible childhood and learned to bee completely distrustful and self-sufficient. When Brady realizes that Amanda and he can help each other it takes weeks of stalking and a physical beat down before Amanda agrees to even listen to his proposal! There is cute little boy, drama, a conniving half-sister, and emotional baggage...something for everyone!

Amanda is a fire cracker and unfortunately this gets her into a lot of trouble, so much so that it causes her to lose her job. Brady is a cocky guy who doesn't let on of his self doubts and had no idea he would cause Amanda to lose her job when he went into the coffee shop but now knowing they are both backed into a corner he has the perfect business solution. While Brady and Amanda try to rein in their acting out and be civil while keeping an eye on the end goal of Brady getting the company and Amanda getting the cash thing changes between them. There are plenty of highs and lows to keep you guessing on how it will all pan out for them which made it even better reading.

Fake marriage, real feelings, drama and HEA!!!! Loved it!

Brady finds he is in need of a wife by the time he is 30 or he will lose his inheritance and family businesses to his conniving, manipulative half-sister. When Brady meets sassy, smartmouthed Amanda in the coffee shop she was working at, well she was working there until her smart mouth got her fired, he decides to proposition her to become his fake bride. When the people in a fake marriage end up having real feelings it makes for one heck of a hot, steamy, drama filled story and you don't want to miss it. Grab this book today to see what happens when fake turns real. Will Brady and Amanda make it work and come out winners in the end? You'll have to see this awesome book to find out. Love and Fate will not be denied"
Hot Daddy is a fantastic story filled with sizzling heat and a pure heart of hope. The journey that Brady takes to save his dad's company and football team will break your heart and remind it with every decision and step made. The amazing twists and turns will keep you on the edge of your seat the entire time. However, it is the breathtaking love for family and loyalty that will win your heart in the end. Nothing says love more then standing and fighting for those that mean the world to you.

The narrator did a wonderful job brining this incredible story to life. He infused such depth and heart to the fantastic characters. He was truly a brilliant choice for this book.

Hot Daddy has so many elements that I really like - an alpha hot cowboy, single dad, and a feisty heroine. There's also the little problem of Brady's half-sister trying to take his rightful inheritance from him. When he and Amanda agree to a marriage of convenience, it's supposed to be a mutually beneficial arrangement. Never mind that there are forces at work trying to undermine them. Brady and Amanda find that they're very attracted to each other, and pretty soon they're no longer pretending. Loved the twists and turns and the steamy story. I was really digging this book, until about the last 30% or so. There was WAY too much time setting the story up and not enough spent on their actual relationship. The h was stubborn as hell, but after one day (same 12 hours that she said she would never sleep with the H), she jumps into and falls instant love with him. It was annoying. The book also includes like three other full-length books with one being a complete series and one is some weired book set in like the future or on another planet. It was WEIRD. Most the time I do not mind the extra sorry in my book, but having the story I want to read be only the first 15% of the books sucks.
