Good for overall exercises for anyone with arthritis or age related problems. It helped me a lot in understanding and doing my water arthritis exercise class at a local parks and recreation center. (Silver Sneakers class!)
I also partially read this author's books on exercises for fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis, which seemed very similar but showed differences related to joints and the conditions.
