Wicks is a well known speaker, therapist, and spiritual guide who has taught at universities and professional schools of psychology, medicine, nursing, theology, and social work for more than thirty years. I enjoyed it very much. Really meant to read slowly over time. There were some great "lists" or points to consider which would make good prompts when journalling. I will definitely re-read while journaling as that would be the best way to put into practice some of the what the author suggests.
