Emily Smith is the firefighter/engineer and a first rate mechanic. Dominic Jewell is among the youngest airplane Captains for his airline (he doesn't know of anyone younger). In some ways they're both alphas within their own families and professions but are struggling to find a life partner who can deal with the responsibilities and burdens that come along with their professions. Emily experiences some dark days as a result of her career that were described perfectly. I was the teacher that kid ...more

Strangers brought together

An amazing story how two totally different people from two stressful jobs came together. Emily learning to trust her like movie star smile guy named Don. It's truly an interesting story one you don't want to put down but turn the next page to see what happens.

Perfect is definitely the word for this book

This is my favorite of Daniel Banner's books! I loved the Disney touches and although it was a bit shorter than I wanted, it was pretty well -developed for its size. Clean, some intense parts about character's job as a firefighter.

This was a good book. Very light read other than 2 or 3 graphic descriptions about how people had died. Extremely cheesy and goofy but still a fun read. Also extremely clean, little to no steam.

Supportive Love

Sometimes the stronger the characters are the more they need support and love and understanding that is sometimes the things people don't understand especially in jobs like firefighter and police officers.

I enjoyed seeing the lives of the firefighters that most of us have not thought about. Dom's family was hilarious which lightened the mood. I thinks this is my favorite of the series.

Too good to put down!

I loved the sense of humor, suspense. & the emotion in this novella. His big family with all of their hilarious names & jokes were great. A new fav in the PC firefighters series! I live by the crater she swam in, so there really is a cool place like that!

Park City fireman romance

Oh I do love the Park City fireman stories. I like that this one has a female fireman. Doesn't hurt that the male interest is a hot pilot. His family sounds like a great group too. This story was a good read.
