Leadership Team Coaching remains the definitive text on team coaching. Peters perspective is explicitly systemic. Many team coaches focus on the internal tasks of the team, such as setting goals and objectives and team dynamics. Whilst these are both areas for the team and team coach to work on, one can no more coach a team in isolation of the wider organisation, than one can coach an individual without reference to the individuals’ working environment. Very good resource for learn real world systemic coaching application in different environments, and a very good one for advancing and reflecting in your systemic approach in helping organizations to evolve.

By the other hand, is not a "go straight for" book in order to pick up some silver bullet solution, what for me has been a good surprise (perhaps due to my own preset bias with this kind of practice/theory books).
