Definitely a must read for those who want to lead an organisation with purpose.

Love that Mike doesn’t make it so that being able to achieve a purpose has to mean not-for-profit.

This book is the perfect combination of why you should grow with purpose, how to interrogate your purpose and what to do next once you’ve found it.

Not a wishywashy read and certainly not a business horoscope. You’ll finish it quickly I assure you it’s that good.

Full discloshe, Mike is my boss. But how rare to have a whole book written about why you choose to work where you do.
