Definitely a must read for those who want to lead an organisation with purpose.
Love that Mike doesn’t make it so that being able to achieve a purpose has to mean not-for-profit.
This book is the perfect combination of why you should grow with purpose, how to interrogate your purpose and what to do next once you’ve found it.
Not a wishywashy read and certainly not a business horoscope. You’ll finish it quickly I assure you it’s that good.
