Very ~aesthetic~ in a glossy Instagram way, if that's your thing. Loved the color schemes but wanted more authenticity rather than luxe places to eat and stay. It only focused on a handful of countries and I wish the author was more well-traveled, as this was supposed to be a "best of" of each continent. It really needed photos of each of the stores, markets, and restaurants so that you can tell the difference between them because the writing doesn't really capture each place's uniqueness. I wish this book was more informative and helpful when it comes to solo traveling (because there are challenges aplenty!) than just being a list of favorites. It is pretty, though.

This book is a guide (?) from her own personal experience which gave it a realistic view from one women's view on travelling solo round the world. The fashion tips were all about taking the style of place and it's colours and representing them in clothing choices. The photos were amazing and immediately made me wish that:
1) I had a camera
2) I could use said camera well
3) I had money to visit these amazing and culturally rich place with said camera

Good book overall and was as I would have expected this to be around the basis of solo travel. Some interesting themes which were covered and particuarly loved the life lessons from solo travel at the end of the book.

This is a bound and published humble brag of words and pictures. There is no helpful information in here at all.

It’s a book with travel tips for the beginner, then tips in certain destinations, and ends with inspiration to go travel and grow as a person
