Ashley never fails to deliver. I had a delightful time with Midnight Wolf.
The Gist is that Angus has been ordered - forced by the shifter bureau to hunt down a female shifter. The bureau stole his cub, to force his hand. Not cool, but the shifter bureau isn’t nice.

I didn't really remember Angus but I did remember the sentient house, Ben, Zander, Rae, Dimitri, Jaycee and especially Tiger. They all made appearances in this book.
