More than a reference book. It is filled with wonderful and interesting information, insights and exercises to do. I find that Ruthy's style of writing is easy for the beginner to understand and follow. This is definitely the way of the future , as science is just this last decade or so catching up to Moshe Feldenkrais' work on the brain and the neuromuscular connection.

I recommend Feldenkrais for EVERYONE ... it is not just for the elite athletes, musicians and those with a severe situations.
