The content/message of this book is worthwhile, but it would have been better off as the original pamphlet as mentioned on the book jacket. In expanding it to a small book the author has fallen into repetition repeatedly (get it?) and added adjective overload and extraneous filler in his attempt to stretch the length. The final straw was the tear-jerking melodrama used as a vehicle for the points made and for that reason I can only give it 2.5 stars.
Amazing!!! All the feels! Really makes me step back and ponder.... I will defiantly be reading this many times over as a reminder of how to spend life with humans around me.
Some of the best self development books are also the shortest. Aman Motwane has written one of those books. Yes, You Can Change the World will be on my reference shelf from this point forward. With such straight forward advice embedded within a good parable to illustrate the impact of the practice this is a book I'll read many times while incorporating the skills into my life.
It is a very sweet book. It teaches you how one person can make a difference in a postive way to others, causing a ripple affect. You can make a positive change to someone's life and you may not ever even meet this person. It is a must read book for everyone.
