Among the Tarthun peoples of Terramyr, there is a myth which tells of a special friendship between a boy whose heart was big enough to share his home with everyone, and a dragon who was so brave, he was able to break through the dark curtain of night to bring light back to the boy's world when a strange darkness fell over the land. The story of Boba the skyte and Aiden the young Tarthun boy is retold for you so that you may know to look for the Moon Dragon each night, and understand where he has gone when the moon goes dark.
Sam is a very lucky guy. He juggles work in such a way that he makes sure to spend enough time with his loving wife and five sons. He is blessed to be writing full time now. In his spare time he is an avid powerlifter, and competes from time to time.
He spent nearly five years serving as a U.S. Diplomat and absolutely loved the experience, but decided to move back home. Outside of the U.S. he has lived in Latvia, Hungary, and Armenia. He speaks Russian, Hungarian, and Armenian. (He used to speak some Latvian too, but he has no one to practice with anymore…)
He has a large, happy dog. He plays the Elder Scrolls series. His favorite superhero is Wolverine, but Batman is a close second.
If the kids go to bed at a reasonable hour, he will cuddle up with his wife to watch Scrubs reruns, the Big Bang Theory, Castle, and Burn Notice.

This is a great book for children to read! Their parents would enjoy reading it to them and they would enjoy reading it to themselves. I think it's a must-read for them and a must-add to their bookshelves.
Beautiful illustrations abound in this creation myth about how a great friendship formed the moon and stars we see in the night sky. I could easily see this becoming a young child's favorite bedtime story, or a great beginning reader book.
I have a big confession to make, this book made me cry. It was so beautiful the way it illustrated what pure friendship means. Everyone should strive to have a friendship as important as this one. I look forward to reading many more books from this author.
My 3 year old daughter loves dragons and loved this book and has been asking to have this story read to her everyday! It's a very cute story with beautiful illustrations.
This is a very cute story about the power of friendship. The bond between Aiden and Boba is very special and the story itself was very well written. I really enjoyed it!
