Closer to 4 than 3 stars, IMO. Non-fiction, lots of data, a single focus... I wonder if more recent studies have shed more light on why gravity--and breaking it multiple times for a split second--yields excellent health benefits. I've had a rebounder for years, collecting dust. This is a book about the science of rebounding.
