Originally, this was "part three" of a much larger book. However, an indie publisher suggested breaking the book up into three volumes, thereby making it a little easier to (1) publish and (2) making it less daunting for a potential reader. It was a good call, as it allowed me to further flesh out the characters and expand the universe.

In a world that doesn't define itself as black or white, the heroes and villains are pushed to their limits.

This was fun book to write. I hope you enjoy the read.

"I generally write for myself. It's a bit of therapy for me--allowing me to tackle everyday foils by innocently murdering my friends, family, coworkers, and the person who cuts you off on the freeway. So, my goal isn't to be a famous writer ... Hell, there are millions of aspiring ones on this site submitting every month. However, I'm sharing my works in hopes that someone else will enjoy the read ...more
