I was done.

Done with men.

Women say it all the time; they get fed up, throw their hands in the air, and vow a life of celibacy—until the next chiseled chest comes into view and then they’re foaming at the mouth and wiping the drool from their chins. But this was different, I really meant it.

The book was highly entertaining and had very unusual plot.
A woman, who gave up on men and decided to ‘turn the sides’, – it was interesting to read.

I’m not familiar with ‘etiquette’ and rules of lesbian or/and homosexual community, and I can only assume, but some things were not played fair. The heroine misled her female dates and I found some comments (especially about V) slightly offending.

I liked her friends and it was fun to read about her new acquaintances, but I wished for

This book was really fun to read. The author takes dating challenges to a whole new level and being on the journey with Giselle was a riot. How many times have women said "that's it, I'm becoming a lesbian because men suck?" I bet many of you will raise your hands for this and that's the exact premise of this book! Giselle is tired of men. So she decides it's time to try something new and bat for the same team. I mean, it can't be THAT ha

Ahhhh......this was just what the doctor ordered, just what a needed......funny as sh!t!!!!!

I wasn't sure what to expect when I started this book, but once I got going, I was all in!

So, Giselle is divorced, pushing 40, and trying to re-enter the dating scene again. It's not so fun.....Giselle finds that out soon enough. With one crappy date after another, she's done. What does she do? She decides to become a lesbian! LOL!! Of course, a heterosexual female cannot just claim she is "now" lesbian,

All the stars! It gets them all! This was by far one of my top favorite reads this summer and quite possibly all year! I FLOVE THIS BOOK SO MUCH, YOU JUST DON'T EVEN UNDERSTAND...but you will! Highly recommended book! You want a great RomCom, look no farther! It's a laugh out loud and immensely entertaining book. Giselle is my girl and I could totally see myself in her completely immersed in this girls character..she is ridiculous and crazy and perfect! West is phenomenal and I l ...more

Really loved the humor (laughed so hard a few tears fell), friendship and all the crazy antics that were had throughout this book. Stephie Walls is becoming one of my favorite authors to read. Excited to read another one of her books.

Girl Crush is one of the best books I have read this year. This is a laugh out loud rom-com with a heart warming love story weaved in amongst all of Giselle's hilarious antics of her dating life. Everything about this book was just great, wonderful, lovable, and enduring. From the beautiful and completely appropriate cover with the nail polish bottles, to all of the characters you meet throughout the story. One of the best things for me was the age of Giselle and Collier, almost 40! You will fin ...more

I stumbled across this little gem looking through the new release list and I'm so glad I took a chance on it. I Stephie Walls is a new author for me so haven't read anything from her. I'm always looking to find new authors I can stalk. What caught my eye at first was the cover. Who doesn't like nail polish right?! Then when I read the blurb I said this sounds like my kind of book. I would classify this book as a rom-com and a well written one at that. I know the switching teams out of the blue w

Simply stated, Stephie Walls has proven herself as a rom-com queen.

I honestly can't remember the last book I enjoyed as much as I enjoyed Girl Crush by Stephie Walls! Every single page and situation and new girlfriend left me beaming. I absolutely loved Ronnie, but there was something special about Giselle that I think every woman under the sun will be able to relate to (and own it ... we've all had that thought about giving up on men and batting for the other team at least once in our lives!).

It's real hard for me to put in the right words to really express how much this book effeted me. At first I was nervous to do this book because people like to mislabel people who are are in the lqbtq community. But I wanted to take a chance on this book because when I heard about it I want to take that chance. I was asked to read this book because I have first hand knowledge about lgbtq community because I am a lesbian, but not also that I grew up in it. So getting a chance to read an ARC of Ste ...more

I wasn't sure what to expect when I started reading this book.
What I got was a mixture of laugh-out-loud passages mixed with swoon-worthy moments that made my cold-black heart melt.
I will write a better review once I come off my book high.

This book - from the characters to the plot to the writing - was absolute perfection. Ms. Walls blows me away with her ability and talent.

My favorite book of 2017 hands down.

Girl Crush by Stephie Walls is a new ALL-TIME FAVORITE! Completely unique and absolutely laugh-out-loud funny, it was a rare one-sitting read for me! How many of us hasn’t had giving up on men completely run through our mind?

“I just need you to show me the ropes. Give me some dating pointers. The how-to guide to wooing the hoo hoo.”

Friends to lovers is one of my favourite tropes and Stephie Walls delivers a romantic comedy that totally embraces this trope. Silly gutter humour had me laughing out loud with some rather ill-timed snorts and tears of laughter as Stephie Walls regales us with the hilarious shenanigans of Giselle trying to find love.

Girl Crush is a friends-to-lovers standalone novel that gave me the biggest rush! Giselle thought she could easily switch sides and give guys the brush. But she never expected Collier West to show up and turn her heart to mush! He delivered romance in spades with a major love-gush!

If my little rhyme didn’t throw you into fits of hysterics, I guarantee this book will — from start to finish! From a new-to-me-author, it is uniquely creative, and one of the most hilarious rom-coms I’ve read! Doing

I was lucky enough to receive an ARC of this book. I'm in the minority but I liked it. I did. I didnt love it. Its very different from the other books of Stephie's I read and I loved them. This one was ok for me. It was funny but then got a bit over the top and silly for me. Giselle was definitely an interesting character - especially with her names for a certain body part. I really liked West and I was happy with the ending. The writing itself was flawless.

What to think when you start a new book from an author that you love but had made you cry several times? Should I run for the hills screaming like a loon or grab it with both hands? Who am I kidding?? Of course I'll grab it with both hands and can't start to read it fast enough.
Like I said before and I'll shout it to everyone I love Stephie Walls because not only is she an amazing friend but also because her books are to die for. Her writing is intense, amazing, breathtaking and super hot. She

I could not believe this was the same author of Fallen Woman and Unexpected Arrivals! I mean, Stephie Walls has seriously gutted me with those two books. This, Girl Crush, was a completely different side to her! It was great!! This was such a fun and uplifting book. I enjoyed the lightness and the humor that made me laugh out loud several times!

Before I start reviewing the book, can we please talk about how cute this cover is? Not only is the cover perfect for this book - in many ways that I won't spoil for you - it's also catchy. The names on the bottles drew me in first, and I guessed correctly those would be characters we'd meet along Giselle's journey.

I LOVED THIS STORY!! From start to finish I was completely engaged with the characters and all that was going on in their lives. The only thing that got me was our main character's nickname other than that there isn't a single thing that I would change about this story. It is beautiful, sweet, funny, sexy, story about what to do when your life is shook up unexpectedly.

Girl Crush by Stephie Walls blew me away.
Girl Crush is a full-length, stand-alone romance novel. Meet Giselle; she´s done with men and has decides to switch to women. She´s blunt, car crazy and could easily be a male version of herself.
I started reading and thought, wow what a sunshine, she´s rude, crude and selfish, sarcastic and full of herself. I nearly stopped reading this book. But I didn´t. And I´m very happy that I didn´t.
