This is an excellent book, but it builds in complexity towards the end and this may require a more seasoned reader (or more time spent in the exercises) to get the most benefit. Prior to that, it is perfect for a new developer just as well as an older.

I loved the buildup of concepts culminating in a focused implementation, even followed by a more efficient iteration of concepts.

Finally, I thought the author did an excellent job of sharing not only the code, but the underlying data structures through flowcharts, data breakouts and ample descriptions.
