This is a pretty tight book. Here the chapters are divided along aspects of business and what the law has to say. There are plenty of examples, and questions to highlight the process of considering how various conflicts can be resolved through a careful reading of the law. The text of the Uniform Commercial Code is also included so that students can make their own interpretation. This is a fine example of calibrated reasoning.
