I did a bad thing.

I did a really bad thing.
I’m not a bad person, I swear. I just made a few mistakes.

Mistake number one was agreeing to rent my hotel out to an insufferable a**hole, named Aden Smith.

Well this was one hot hilarious treat! I went into this story thinking that I was going to get a few laugh out loud moments with some very likable characters but I got SO.MUCH.MORE!! I honestly tried my best to read this one as slow as possible but when you have a storyline like this, savoring it will be the last thing on your list.

Everyone knows that the hardest job ever, is being a parent but when you’re a single parent, your workload has magnified into infinity. For Hope Lucas, nothing is

In Too Deep is the first book I read from the author Jordan Marie. Weeks ago when I first got offered this book to review I was assuming it was a standalone or at least the first I a series. While the first assumption was right – it IS indeed a standalone, the second is not correct as it is the second book in “Doing Bad Things” which kind of is sad – as I would have loved to read the first book where I spoilered myself the ending now.

Anyway it IS readable as a standalone and I am super sorry bu

"He's sexy in a jackass-but-still-hot kind of way."

I was so looking forward to this story after having met Aden in Going Down Hard. He's Gavin's best friend, along with a few others that I'm hoping will get their own books in the Doing Bad Things series. Having previously experienced the author's skill with sarcasm and wit, I was expecting to enjoy a few giggles at the very least. What I wasn't expecting was to laugh so hard I cried. I kid you not, I am not exaggerating. When Aden showed up at

I really enjoyed this one! What I liked about it is how Hope and Aden can't stand each other. Aden is a movie star and feels since he has fame and money that he can make any demands and the little people need to make it happen without question. When he shows up he doesn't care that he's a week early and he demands that she gives him a room right at that moment. He just acts like he is entitled to do this. He acts and is the definition of a hate filled ass.
Hope gives in and gives him a room and t
Wow. So....I'm torn. I was really excited to read this book. And I blew right through it. But here's where I'm was really good. I laughed almost all the way through it. It was awesome but that beginning...wowza. Aden was an asshole. And I don't say that lightly. He was...awful. Like truly horrible. The things he said to Hope. Dang. I honestly wasn't sure if I would ever come to like him. He just made it so dang hard! (that's what she said! ;) Sorry, I couldn't resist).... Anyway....I r ...more

I did a really bad thing.

I’m not a bad person, I swear. I just made a few mistakes.

Mistake number one was agreeing to rent my hotel out to an insufferable a**hole, named Aden Smith¬.

Mistake number two was ignoring his threats to sue me when he handed over a list of items he deemed “unacceptable”.

Mistake number three was diving into the pool to save his life when he fell. It would have been less complicated to hide his body.

I was definitely looking forward to know Aden and knowing his story after meeting him in bk one Going Down Hard. He is one of Gavin’s best friends and something about him just called to me, even though he sort of acted like a jerk and I mean he was a huge jerk. Aden is a movie star and because he is famous, and has money thinks he is so important and better than everyone else or that is the act he puts on. He leaves the Hollywood scene to escape to a small southern town... at a small hotel which ...more

I loved the first book in the series and second one isn't far behind. That was one wild, hilarious and sometimes frustrating ride.

I had love hate relationship with Aden. From the first page of him, he was a dick. There's no going around it. I wanted to whack over that stupid head of his so many times! The smaller one too. ;) He was just so... But then when accident happened and his guard were down... It was like I'm seeing another man. A man that did won me over. I just wish I could seen more of

I don't read many romance books...

But since the hero is named after me, I figured I should... Is it bad that I kinda wanted to punch myself because the Aden in the book was such a jerk? Yeah, I think it is. Besides that, I laughed my a$$ off and had to keep reading to find out what kind of crazy Hope would hit Aden with next. If you like hilarious reads, pick this one up. Jordan, great job, lady ;)

Fact. I adore everything Jordan Marie writes. So when I read the blurb for her brand new rom-com (Doing Bad Things, book 2), about a harried single mom who butts heads with insufferable Hollywood actor, Aden McIntyre, and then gets IN TOO DEEP with a web of lies, I knew I was gonna be in for quite a treat!

And what a DELICIOUSLY TASTY morsel it was!! This steamy, LOL funny Enemies to Lovers tale with a mighty huge twist was absolutely scrumptious!!!!!!! I was hooked from page o

Why did I even bother to finish this one? Well, I hate to DNF for starters. Also, the writing itself wasn‘t even half bad. Unfortunately that‘s the only positive thing I can say about it.

The story starts out good enough. The heroine loses her job, inherits a run down motel across the country, packs her son and all of her belongings and moves to that small town. At the same time the hero gets sick of his live as a movie star and is looking for a break. It just so happens that he is good friends w
I have a complicated feeling about this book but I guess for the most part it was pretty much enjoyable. It was somewhat different from the plots that I used to read and I think it deserved at least 3 stars because I kind of like Hope and Aden.

So long story short, Aden who is a famous actor when into hiding at a motel newly owned by Hope. There was no love at the first sight for the pair with Aden being such an asshole to Hope but somehow Aden lost his memory and Hope lies that they are married

This is my first read by Jordan Marie and I will definitely be looking up more. I like her writing style and found the book easy to read.

I don't think I have not liked a character so quickly in a book in all my time reading but Aden has seriously rubbed me the wrong way. It was apparent that he was going through some shit of his own, but there is no need to take that out on everyone around you. As the story progresses, I did slow start to change m

Never judge a book by its first few chapters. This is the biggest fact I’ve learned from just reading this book. Although I have all of Jordan Marie’s previous books on my kindle, In Too Deep was my very first read from her.

And to be honest, I despised it after the first few chapters. I mean, Aden is the biggest existing asshole in the book world. I wanted to snap him so hard just to shut him up and have him think about his words. I don’t think I’ve met a character I hated so much. The only reas

A ludicrous Tug-of-War between two extremely head strong people!
It seems certain people need a blow to the head to set their brain in the right direction...literally! Aden is a first class A-hole in the way he treats women... his past has proven to him that all they want is to suck the life out of him... well, out of his pockets anyway. He eludes the Hollywood scene to escape his reality in a small southern town... at a small hotel which is owned by his friend's cousin, Hope. All the hurt he ha

"Jordan Marie has done it again with another can't put it down read! Hope Lucas is a single Mom who has been left a dilapidated motel by her Aunt. She moves into the motel to run it and finds out it needs a lot of repairs to even be able to open. She uses all her money and it still needs repairs.

Aden McIntyre is a movie star who just needs to get away and recover from the miserable failing of his last movie. He books into his friend, White's cousin's motel, which happens to be Hope.

Another amazing book from Jordan Marie! I loved Hope and Aden! They started off hating each other, but that hate turned into something more. As Hope dug herself deeper and deeper with her lies, she was fearful of Aden learning the truth, because she was finally happier than she'd been in a long time. There were many hilarious moments too, especially Doreen and Bonnie! What a great book! I had a hard time putting it down when it was time to be an adult. I can't wait to read more about this crazy ...more

No viagra needed.

Who loves a good intense, enemies to lovers romance? This girl. Aden is the guy you hate to love, but can’t help wanting him. Hope is the girl I want as my best friend and want to help. When the two meet all kinds of sparks fly between Aden and Hope. I didn’t want it to end.

Ok I loveeee Jordan Marie , Every Book is amazing ,But This is Hands Down My Favorite. It is about this Mean Rich Actor that is hiding out in a small town . He is being so mean to the Curvy Single Mom that owns The Motel. They keep fighting and it is so funny. Then he falls and gets amnesia. She pretends to be his wife and he does work in the Motel. She Keeps Lying and it is so funny, she keeps getting deeper and deeper with her lies. They start to fall in love and it is so good. I almost Did Not ...more

Two factors knocked off two stars for me. #1 alpha hole OTT and #2 the h was OTT with her deceit. It was still a story I liked...except for that. I liked the first book better and will press on and read book three in the series.

Aden is a self centered jerk. Hope is having a lot of hardship. She’s a single mother and running a motel. The motel isn’t finished but Aden needs a place to stay. They have flaws but they need to forgive each other. I loved this book!!
