This book is intended for use in law school courses that teach the fundamentals of legal ethics. The book is to be used in conjunction with the current edition of West's Professional Responsibility Standards, Rules & Statutes, which contains the ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct, the ABA Model Code of Professional Responsibility, the ABA Code of Judicial Conduct, and other relevant material.
You can probably go through the whole course without buying this book. The only good thing about it is the multiple choice questions after every chapter.
'problem' casebooks always suck, from an aesthetic perspective, and this one is no exception. that said, this one works fine for a course, if supplemented by study of the actual rules and cases on same.
