I enjoyed this book, there were some incredibly powerful and helpful sections, passages, examples, and stories, and throughout the reading it did help me feel better.
However, the author spends a lot of time talking about god, which does not appeal to me, and so I skipped over many of these sections.
There are also many dated references and examples, which cannot be helped, but I would be very interested in an updated, non-religious version.
Overall I found this book very helpful for a peaceful mind, albeit with some flaws.
