Written in a very conversational, easy style. Filled with practical and useful tips, advice, and encouragement for people wanting to rent out a vacation home to pay for the costs of owning that home. In my case, we've got part of our house that we can rent out to people wanting to vacation in San Francisco, and I felt this was very helpful. It addressed many of my fears and concerns about having strangers staying at our home, as well as the nitty-gritty of how to deal with paperwork, advertising, payments, etc.

Has some good material - although a lot of it is just common sense. Unfortuntely the first quarter of the book was discussing what property to purchase and as it was American based some of it was not relevant to other markets.
