This is the textbook for one of my classes this semester, and it does a pretty thorough and comprehensive job explaining the socialization process for young children.

At last Berns book goes to Spectra... I know it's not a cheap book but it's already sold-out!!
such a good book that inspired by Bronfenbrenner's perspective... *I envy Berns coz she had the experience to sit in Bronfenbrenner's class*

I am sure this was a very innovative and relevant book when the first was published but it felt outdated.

This book was pretty informative. I read it for a class, not for leisure.
