Kentucky Running: A Road to Dallas by Kelsey Elise Sparrow is a good read. The story of Phoenix aka Kentucky was easy to read and follow. Kentucky is on the run to get away from a bad man when she meets truck driver Gideon “Bass” Hall. As they make their way cross country, the two get cozy with one another.

What I really liked about this story is that the action was steadily paced. There was growth between the two main characters. The only downside to the story was one scene was repeated twice.

Kelsey Elise Sparrow, author of MC, multicultural, and fantasy romance novels. A hopeless romantic she definitely is! Lover of great movies and music. She is also an avid reader. Word games are her pastime. This author calls Georgia her home, loves sweet tea, and fantasy worlds. The worlds she creates are based upon dreams and imaginings that take the reader on a journey unlike any other.
