Very good book. Molly is in Sugar Falls on medical leave from the Air Force. She is a combat pilot in the Air Force, but some devastating news has thrown her plans for the future into turmoil. She is trying to come to terms with everything that it means without her family's interference, so she hasn't shared her news with anyone. When she has a problem while at the grocery store, Kaleb comes to her rescue. Kaleb is a bigtime software developer who is also in Sugar Falls visiting family. He is so ...more

What a delightfully lovely story! It is filled with love for the family, love for life, passion for chosen career, and of course, passion and love in a romantic sense with a strong female lead and a hero who can match her spunk and be her partner, friend, lover, true equals in love and life. They just had to figure that one out first...
I was so afraid the last book I had read was going to put me in a long-lasting book-hangover yet this one dropped into my mailbox and it was just what I needed. C

The vast majority of romances with a military or veteran element focus on a male service member or a veteran. Being a female veteran myself, I was so excited to read this book that centers on a female fighter pilot. I was even more excited that as I read, the military details in this book rang true.

One of the central problems in the book is the heroine’s diagnosis with type 1 diabetes. Of course, this is a career-ending problem for a pilot, but, surprisingly, it was all the small but highly impa

4 1/2 STARS!

Love when you least expect it! It's always such a pleasure to make a return trip to the idyllic town of Sugar Falls created by Christy Jeffries. The town is a close-knit gossipy small town full of kind-hearted folks, but to newcomers Molly & Kaleb, it seems they can't do anything but what it's being reported to the very people they are trying to keep in the dark .. their families! A little white lie snowballs out of control in this fun-loving story of hope, family and happily eve

I have enjoyed this series since book one. This book talks about an issue that if not treated correctly can be deadly. Type 1 diabetes, is nothing to play around with and our hero Molly Markham found this out the hard way. Her whole military career was over, so to her, her life would never be the same. She had to learn the hard way how, and what needed to be done to take care of her health.
Then she also had to contend with Kaleb Chatterson, who grew up with his own health issues, causing a whol

* I received this book for free from a Goodreads giveaway. *

This book has all the silliness of a pretend relationship and the angst of dealing with a recent medical diagnosis. There is a wide range of emotions while reading. The characters are likable and their journey is at times frustrating but ultimately satisfying. I enjoyed the ride.

Miniseries: American Heroes

Molly is a strong and determined woman who has had her world turned upside down. Now she is feeling weak and uncertain which shouldn't be a good time to fall in love but it turns out to be just what she needed. Kaleb is a quirky geek who is seriously way attached to his gizmos but you can't help but root for him when he messes up which you know he will when he least expects it. When you mix in his family and hers, this story becomes a delightful read with some serious
