I liked most of the book. I cannot remember where exactly I hit a bump and stopped reading it and I can only tell you that I stopped reading the story for two days. In that time I read other books, so it wasn't exactly me who had a problem. Maybe I got tired of waiting for Serena and Jed to become a thing. I am not sure though. Maybe it's because it took me some time to warm up to Serena since I didn't like her and her behavior much in the beginning. It's hard to enjoy a book where the heroine i ...more

I just love family series. This one about the Lewis counsins is no exception. The fourth book in the series brings us Serena's story. We have seen glimpses of her in previous books but she moved away from their small town when she was young. The love runs deep with her family but she is just now coming back for any length of time.

Loved that Serena knows her mind. Love that her older cousins are still looking out for her even though she hasn't been around much. Really loved the meet cute with Je

Bethany Lopez continues to enchant. The Lewis family is compelling entertainment. Just when you have them figured out, they throw curveballs to prove we never had a clue. Too Enchanting is cousin Serena's coming out party. Rena is a constantly changing mass of contradictions. She's a mercurial, frustrating, misunderstood lost soul. She has a heart full of love to give, but the risk is too much for her to handle. She knows how to make a bad impression, yet there's more to her than meets the eye. ...more

Jed and Rena certainly have some interesting convos especially when Jed is confused by his woman's actions:
“If all you’re doing is drawing my face, why did you need me to take off my shirt?”
...
“I just wanted to see what you looked like without a shirt.”
I really liked this book, I loved Jed the man was sweet and took his time wooing his woman.

I love the whole Lewis family! Serena Lewis is moving back to Cherry Springs where her cousins all live. The day she moves in, she meets her next door neighbor Jed. She hadn’t acted too nice to the movers so Jed is not impressed. Jed is not too nice to her because of the way she treated the movers. Jed is good friends with her cousins so she is around him often, and they both change their minds about the other. Jed does construction work, but loves to build and refurbish furniture in his work ro ...more

Too Enchanting by Bethany Lopez is the fourth book in The Lewis Cousins Series. The previous books are Too Tempting, Too Complicated, and Too Distracting. Every book in the series can easily be read as a standalone.
Too Enchanting is Jed and Serenas story.
Serena Lewis moved away at a young age and became a woman she knew her family wouldnt like. Her parents took her away from veeryone she loved and that changed her. But now shes back home and the gallerys new manager.

3.5 stars 🌟 for a quick, sweet read.
Serena and Jed are characters that we have met in previous Lewis Cousins Books and it was fun to get to know them better here.
I appreciated the relative slow burn of their relationship from slightly antagonistic to friends to more.
All of the Lewis cousin books are fairly short reads, so there is not a deep dive in character development, but it is enjoyable. If you have read the other books, you will enjoy seeing previous main characters appear. But, this is

Now that I have been exploring books by Bethany Lopez, I have become a huge fan! Too Enchanting was a great story to dive into after a long day at work. With my glass of wine I would get lost in Cherry Springs and the world it brings, and boy was there a lot of dramatic and hot romance in this place!

Rena's (Serena) first impression on me made me not like her off the bat. I knew her parents took a lot away from her in the past, but I didn't feel she should be so cold. Once you peel off the layers

I have to say first off I love this family. They are everything we want in a family, loving, supportive, crazy, possessive, protective, stubborn, nosey, did I say a pain in the cheeks. Yes reading this book about the Hothead and the Ice Queen you will laugh, frown, have your deep sigh moments, and no she didn't episodes. Mostly you will enjoy this enchanting read about the carpenter and the artist. They are both emotional and yes it is kind of an insta love kinda thing but it is fun and worth it ...more

Of course I loved this book, it's about the Lewis cousins.
Serena or Rena as her family calls her. Is an enigma. Truly depending on her mood and who and what she's dealing with she can be a really sweet thing or a bitch. To be honest i really liked her. She has all these walls up and I can understand that after meeting Kylie.
But now that she's back in Cherry Springs maybe Rena will come out. And trust me she does.
Enter Jed. He's her new neighbor AND a really good friend of Reardon, Gabe abd

The Lewis series is completely enchanting and what even better is they can be read as standlones although I like that I have read this in order. Serena’s move away form the family when she was young and the place they find themselves in is not as welcoming as home. She moves home and now needs to become herself again just like the Serena the family knows and loves. Jed has become part of the Lewis clan but does not like that Serena has moved in next door. These two soon realize they have a lot i ...more

There is nothing I like better than a series with interconnecting characters and I must say that is one thing this author does very well.

Serena has moved back to the community where all her cousins live. It was the right career move at the right time. She hopes to get back to who she is and not who she has become to the outside world. Jed works with Serena's cousins and to say his first impression of Serena is not a good one is what makes this a more interesting story. How quick are we all to p

Great story about a woman, Serena, moves back home to be closer to her cousins, and also assist in running an art gallery, when she meets her neighbor Jed, whose also very close to her cousins. She comes off at first to Jed as stuck up and rude, she doesn't really care for him either! As they get to know each other will their opinions change? Will her ghost from the past mess up her chance once again for happiness?
Read their story in this great book by Bethany, who once again captured my heart i

Firstly, I loved this book! The characters were relatable and fun to learn about. I did get a little confused on all of the other characters at times but realized that had I read the other books; they would have made sense! Serena moves back to her hometown and meets Jed her neighbor. Their first encounter did not go well! I enjoyed the relationships Serena and Jed had with each other and the “cousins”. Very good book and even a couple sexy scenes! I would recommend this book!

Serena moves home to Cherry Springs to open a gallery. She moves next door to Jed who is a carpenter and wood craftsman. At first Jed thinks she is cold and snooty then finds her adorable. Jed and Serena grow close and fall in love. I like this family saga where you catch up on the lives of characters from the previous books. I also like that this book shows that open communication is the key to building a lasting relationship.

Bethany Lopez has written a really good romance read that will enchant you from start to finish. Too Enchanting is cousin Serena's coming out party. Serena Lewis is moving back to Cherry Springs where her cousins all live. The day she moves in, she meets her next door neighbor Jed Monroe is a good guy. Hes a self-made man, a bit rough around the edges. Hes had a rough upbringing and now he works in construction with some of the Lewis Cousins. Bethany Lopez did a great job on this story. The story was well written and had a good plot. Serena and Jed were great characters. I enjoyed their journey. They were great together. The connection and the chemistry between them was strong and sexy. They were good for each other. I enjoyed this story. Thank you, Bethany Lopez. Great work :)
