Omg this was my first book from this author and she blew me away with this book. This book drew me in from the first page. Omg the first chapter alone was straight fire. Lord the way these characters played into each other was truly phenomenal. I can't wait to see what happens in part two. The last couple of chapters were like please don't end please don't end now that's a book when you don't want it to end. On to part two. Great job Danielle Marcus you have made a fan for life.

We meet Devonaire Jones as he is being tried for murder and felony fireams...and find out his swag reaches high places as he gives the info that he has smashed the presiding judge. Devonaire swags out of court with his dimepiece wife, Chanel on his arms, his goons surrounding him for protection and his children en route back to his lavish lifestyle. Chanel loves her husband but resents the fact that she still feels like she's in second place because Devonaire hasn't forgotten his first wife, Ana. Keisha is her Mom's best friend but her love stepdad is prevalent...then she meets Dominaire as he romances her mom but the chemistry between them is undeniable.
Thug Kisses spells trouble, drama, treachery and jealousy. The plots were seamless and the flow was smooth, although the storyline really has no authentic mind altering moments. The ending heightened the drama a bit, but it was spoiled with a cliffhanger. 3.88

Mannnnnnn......I bought this book a lonnnngg time ago cause I read Intrigued by a Boss and Boss Still Intrigued..... I’m just now reading it but I regret it cause I should have read it a llloooonnnngggg time ago. Oooohhhh I didn’t expect this to be as good as it was. This got me tripping like man. Speechless......that’s what I am speechless.....this a certified banger. I know I’m late but still.... I’m finna get part two right now and get into it.

I REALLY ENJOYED THIS STORY FROM BEGINNING TO END. EACH AND EVERY PAGE INTRIGUED MY INTEREST AND COMPELLED MY TO CONTINUE READING UNTIL THE VERY END. THE IS STORY WAS WELL WRITTEN AND CHARACTERS WERE FULLY DEVELOPED MAKE IT A GREAT READ. LOOKING FORWARD TO THE SEQUEL.

Spoiler Alert!!!!! Lord, I must have been sleeping on this author. This book was gripping from the first page until the very last. Nelly is ratchet times infinity. How can a person have so much jealousy and hatred in their heart for another individual to kill for their man? Nelly hated Ana so much that she literally had her killed and attempted to kill her unborn son. Even though Dev is no saint by a long shot he turn around and marries the very one that he knew disliked his dead wife. I never will understand how a man can allow a woman to make him turn his back on his own child. Nelly did that Dev and he has missed out on 22 years of his son's life fooling around with that no good thot. As luck would have it Nelly manages to fall for the "D" of Dom that could possibly be Dev's son that he gave away. Poor Stacy is the only other family that Nelly has beside her husband and kids and she let her get beat right along with Ana that tragic night. Now that Stacy knows the truth, I don't blame her for turning her back on Nelly. Keisha seems to be level headed, but let Kobe use her. Now that McKay, Kobe, Stacy and Dom knows Nelly's truth about how that night I wonder who's gonna turn on her first. With Mackay being "pregnant", I wonder if that is really Dev's child. I an pulling for Dom and Keisha's relationship even though they could be step siblings (No relation or real connection). I hope Dev's trifling as just says the hell with Nelly and let her suffer life alone. I know he going to kill her once he finds out the truth of what she did. Dev loves Ana more than her will ever love Nelly and the ultimate betrayal has been committed. He killed the love of his life just to be with him. Can he patch his relationship with his son after knowing he slept with his wife? I'm looking forward to all of this coming out in part 2. Great job Danielle.

WHERE DO I BEGIN... The storyline was out freaking standing Devonair Boss in his own right played his own self.. Always going to have to what's easy is always the result of losing what's best ... The death of Ana and the giveaway of his child to adoption is just the tip of the iceberg for what this mans been through but the whole time he had one snake that he just couldn't catching his grass yet I still feel sorry for him because had he loved a woman that he had and that was meant for him and lost her, this would not have happened he cheated and he made an evil thot a fixture in his life who would stop at nothing to get her way......CHANEL NELLY WHAT AN herself is a conniving thot azz bee that needs to meet KARMA. KEISHA my MVP I just can't begin to believe that she fell in love with DOM.. Perfect for each other and oh what A sweet sensation at all I love reading about those two hopefully they get it right in book 2..Luck ...knew it from day one that Nelly was rotten told Devonaire but it couldn't see nothing cause lust blinded him this she-devil

Now see Danielle you're petty for leaving us hanging like that. I so love Dom. From the beginning I could tell he was a solid dude and even though he got caught up, he wouldn't settle for less than what he deserved. Keisha was straight but got caught up with Kobe who proved he wasn't who he proclaimed to be. He was so disrespectful and should've cherished what he had. Where did you dig Chanel from because you need to go ahead and bury her trifling ass?! She was sheisty from the beginning and things definitely weren't adding up until her secrets unfolded. I can't believe she was that desperate to have her way that she set up the unthinkable. Stacey should've beat Chanel's ass on site every time. Lawd Dev is crazy. He's to blame for a lot that went down as well and his choices only complicated things. Guilt can cause some serious problems. McKay though? I'm really not a fan of hers at all. I can't wait for part 2 because lawd knows I'm ready to see what other secrets maybe lingering and what more will come from those thug kisses.

Sweet kisses
Danielle deserve more than 5 stars. This story showed the definition of disloyalty. Nelly was scheming from the jump. She wanted the dream life and got rid of her competition. This lady was so caught up in having her ice cream and cake to the fact she forgot she'll be eating with Karma. Stacy should've told what she knew if she was a real friend. The love rectangle had my mouth wide open. Poor Dev was sleeping with the devil and didn't realize it until the end of the situation. I have so many questions about what's going to happen in part 2. Keisha deserve happiness but not happiness with the one she's falling for. Kobe should be ran over in part 2. I dislike this guy. I hope Dom show up and show out on Kobe. Yes friends but a real friend wouldn't do non of the slick stuff Kobe was doing or did behind Dom back. I'm just wondering will it be any good to come out of Dom and Dev situation? This story will have you wanting to know what's going to happen next. These folks ain't loyal not one bit. Love love love this book.

Satisfied Reader
This book was a definite page turner. Ana was a good girl but Dev was a liar and cheater. I didn't like Keisha for on the jump how you gon be all in his girls face and you're sleeping with him. Keisha was wrong for setting up her cousin Stacy. And to find out she's the one behind all these tragedies. And she was sleeping with her step son now that's trifling she was too old for him anyways. Now the judge is definitely going to be a thorn in Dev's side. I can't believe Dom treated Keisha that way. But she is his step sister. This story was full of drama and I can't wait for pt.2 Great Job

AMAZING READ
Once I started thus book it was hard to out down. I must say that that den Nelly Is a mutha.. She is scandalous. She did all tgat just to get a nan..but the way you got him will be the way you lose him. Everyone had their issues even dev. He was not happy with what he had at home so he stepped out..yea he provided for her but she had to share.as they say you never miss a good thang until its gone. Now I like Dom..but Keisha and him need to get it together. Kobe is a ugghhh...I could go on and on about this book but u don't want to give to much away..I was left hanging.. I can't wait until part 2 comes out

First off this book is gonna take off. Nelly was straight up low down and dirty. How you kill your so call friend to be with her man. I don't blame Stacey for stop messing with her. Now on Dom he was straight forward in everything he said to Chanel and Keisha. Kobe was a jack rabbit from the start I think he was the one hitting up Dev spots. Am glad that Luke figured out that Dom was Dev son. I really hope that Dev and Dom can straighten out there relationship and he gets to knows the truth of who his real mom is. Keisha and Dom chemistry is crazy I know they want to do it but Chanel did it to Keisha first.

Wow..This book was straight fire.. It was one of the books you couldn't put down until the end. Channel has got herself caught up in so much mess. I had a feeling she had something to do with Ana getting killed. And then to try and set up Dev just so she could move on. Dom has gotten himself caught up also. I hope that if he really is Dev son that Dev doesn't kill him. And maybe him and Keisha can work it out. Even though be was sleeping with her mother. He is definitely in love with her. Channel has hit rock bottom and has no one to turn to. On to part two. I.would definitely recommend this series.

I don't know what to say about this book, I didn't like Nelly from the beginning. I felt so bad for Devonaire, losing his wife and then not being able step up and raise his son. From beginning to the end Nelly was always on so sneaky shit but I never thought she had anything to do with Ana being killed. I like Dom, Kobe was such an ass, I can't believe he slept with Nelly and Keisha. Dom was wrong for it but he wanted Keisha first before Kobe. Can't wait for part 2 to find out if that is his soon or not...

Danielle the wait was well worth it. Dom...I am totally in love with. Devonaire is a force to be reckoned with. But his wife though. That chick is GRIMEY as all hell. I'm just waiting to see how Dom and Dev's relationship pans out. Hopefully Keisha gets what she wants and deserves! Hurry with Part 2 Please? Can't believe I bought this book approximately 4 hours ago and I'm already done! I'm definitely going to be tired today. Thank you for keeping me entertained!

This was a good read but a little confusing to me. Nelly/Carmen was the character you love to hate. I wanted a little more background on some of the characters. This book was more suspense for me because it left me with questions I hope to get answered in part 2. The characters are relatable. I love the fact is was not all about the street life but more based on family. It is the softer side of thugs. All the characters you can have a love/hate relationship with. A must read

From the very beginning, I didn't like Chanel aka Nelly, and my feelings haven't changed. I was sucked into this story from the very beginning & I had to stay awake to finish. Dev is scandalous in his own right, but I kinda feel sorry for him lol! On one hand I'm like what did expect becaus he was cheating on Ana from the beginning, but then I just blamed the snake Chanel. Dom & Keisha...saw that & I see more interesting things to come. I'll be reading part 2.

Wow is all I can say about this story. Man the secrets that Nelly got going on is something else baby. Poor Dom, I know his world is all screwed up right now. I really hopes he get it together. Dev wow, he is so angry with the whole situation that he can't even accept it. I want to know a little more about Luck. He seems like a pretty good guy and just mean good by everyone involved . Stacy was kind of laid back and quiet.. Danielle never disappoint.

5 stars isn't even enough! I couldn't stop reading it. I knew something wasn't right with Nelly but wow the sh!t she has done makes me hate her so much. This book was good and I can't wait to read part 2. I liked everybody in this book except for Chanel and Kobe. I knew something was up with Chanel shady behind from the beginning and Kobe yeah I think he is on that stuff for real. I hope that Devonarie and Dom get to really sit down and talk. DUDE! did she end this book like that? someone pinch me! That ending have me wanting to spazz out, but I can't deny the fact that this was banger! I couldn't stand Chanell or Kobe! I was surprised by what transpired between them. Her karma is unraveling slowly. I enjoyed Dom & his character even though there seem to be a lot of unanswered questions in his life. I'm rooting for him & Keshia in part 2.

This was a smoking hot read. I hated Chanel from the very first mention of her name. She is a true snake and I hope that she gets everything that she deserves in part 2. Devonaire was trifling, but she has got him beat. I'm glad that he is finally seeing her for who she really is. Karma is coming and I can't wait until she arrives. Part 2, here I come.

Straight Drama
Chantel was a devious female, dirty to the core. Each chapter revealed more of her scandalous behavior...Despite his crooked ways, at times I liked Devonaire. Judge McKay was a bit crazy with her plans..Dom was the man! Loved the character connection! This storyline was on point & has me ready to read the next part to see how this family affair turns out!

Judge McKay was a bit crazy with her plans..Dom was the man! Loved the character connection! This storyline was on point & has me ready to read the next part to see how this family affair turns out!

Man I hate cliffhangers.
The content and characters great. But please I would rather it be a short complete story rather than a cliffhanger. The fact I may have to wait months to see how a story ends , which by the time the next few chapters come out I will have forgotten the whole storyline.

I'm not gon lie I haven't read a book sooo juicy in a good lil while, I couldn't put it down!! The only part of the book I don't like is that she slept with him Right after her mamma like that just messes with my mental.... Will Dav find out all of Nellys lies, Is Ana even dead.... All I can say is fiyah!!! If you don't hurry and put out a sequel I am going to literally lose my mind! I am soooo ready for the next book!!! I need to know if Chanel get what's coming to her cuz her ass ain't right!! And Kesha and Dom need their happiness just to shame Chanel's stank ass!! Please hurry... Please!!
