Pure food porn.

How good are the recipes? I dunno. The pictures are too distracting.

Aleatico is an unique red wine - go to this website, that is grown all throughout Italy and is assumed to be a mutation of Moscato or Muscat. Tuscany, Lazio, and Apulia, among other locations, employ it to make delicious and scented reds.

I can't say enough about this book. Donna rules. She makes me feel like a real chef in less than 30 minutes, everything is so quick and tasty. I have about 10 FAVORITE meals from here and I get a lot of WOWs from my test kitchen. GET this if you are in a rut. or even if you dont have a rut.

Good simple recipes, partially broken down by prep time, which she does in her self-titled magazine as well.
As always, really excellent plating. I love her style.
