Good, quick read about the importance of design + business, and how a new kind of designer-entrepreneur is emerging. To me, the most interesting part of the read was the last half of the book. The "Framework to High Performing Teams" is great if you're interesting in building a design culture in a company, group, org, etc. I was also fond of the critique on current design thinking in chapter 4.

short book, gave me a sense of accomplishment since I haven't finished a book in a while.
I read it on my phone and I love this new concept of book publishing. It provokes my curiosity more when I constantly need to stroll down on my phone to read what's next.
I don't particularly love the content though.. but in a way it does inspire me to design 'better'
