The Way to Design

Rate this book
The 21st century will be the designer’s century, because the most interesting innovation is happening at the top of the stack—at the interface with end users—where technology meets design, and where a swipe right or a hold might decide the next breakout business. This book is for entrepreneurial designers who want to know what it takes to start a company, and for non-designer entrepreneurs and executives who want to understand how to make design a core value of their business.

short book, gave me a sense of accomplishment since I haven't finished a book in a while.
I read it on my phone and I love this new concept of book publishing. It provokes my curiosity more when I constantly need to stroll down on my phone to read what's next.
I don't particularly love the content though.. but in a way it does inspire me to design 'better'

Good, quick read about the importance of design + business, and how a new kind of designer-entrepreneur is emerging. To me, the most interesting part of the read was the last half of the book. The "Framework to High Performing Teams" is great if you're interesting in building a design culture in a company, group, org, etc. I was also fond of the critique on current design thinking in chapter 4.

Really opened my mind in regards to how I approach entrepreneurship now that I'm doing my MBA. Super looking forward to rereading it! Thank you Steve!
