It looks like a book, but it's more like a single thesis with eclectic evidential support. If you're already familiar with the top minds in the self-defence / security field, this book won't offer much new information, but it does give you a goof hypothesis to test in your own field. It gave me the idea for a new training concept to add to my courses, so it might do the same for you.
