There must be something in the whiskey here in Williamsburg, Brooklyn because love is in the air, and the New York City summer heat isn’t the only thing making these sexy hipsters sizzle.

I enjoyed the hell out of this. It was like a hipster, millennial version of the TV show Friends only hotter. I loved all the different tales of four very unique couples (the hot AF bearded musician and the transplanted Alabama boy were my favorites).

The Hipster Chronicles was an awesomely written, truly fun escape and I couldn't put it down once I picked it up. I hope Faith means it when she said the end...for now. 5 sexy stars!

What an interesting format and what a fun read! Before reading The Hipster Chronicles, the only Williamsburg I’d ever heard of is Virginia. But now??? Take me to Brooklyn, pronto!!!
I loved the characters, I loved writing, and I loved, loved, loved the vibe of this book. I want fancy coffee, tattoos, and man buns-gimme, gimme, gimme!!!
Faith did an amazing job of intricately weaving together the characters’ stories and lives … using 100% organic, naturally dyed, wool yarn, of course!

Fun. Flirty. Feisty. Effing hot. Faith Andrews delivers with The Hipster Chronicles!!! This book will leave you smiling and appreciating long-haired, bearded men with man buns just a little bit more.

There's something about Faith and the way she crafts her stories. A long, long time ago, I fell in love with Marcus Grayson and experienced all the feels. She made me laugh and believe in love with Moore to Love. And Faith simply blew my damn mind with Garden of Goodbyes. I've loved all of Faith's s

I enjoyed the 4 interconnected stand alone short stories contained within this book but didn’t connect with any of the characters. Each story took place in Williamsburg (Brooklyn), Hipster Mecca. I found the author’s light joking about hipster culture to be amusing and each read was fast, light, and easy. The short story format made it easy to read for 15-20 minutes, put it down, and start a new story.

This was such a breath of fresh air! The concept of this book is different than most and I have to say that I truly loved it!

The Hipster Chronicles follows the love lives of four couples as they meet. We first meet Emmy, who is recently divorced and decides to take guitar lessons from Milo. Next we had Jane, Emmy's friend, who has been hanging out at the local coffee shop trying to get Ezra's attention. Then we meet Marley, Ezra's sister, who happens to be a tattoo artist and meets Jas

How fun is this book?!? It felt like I was reading an episodic romcom, with glimpses into the lives of 4 very interesting and very entertaining couples. I am so far from a "hipster" but I kind of want to move to Williamsburg and set up shop in the neighborhood- I didn't see mention of a used bookstore so maybe I could find my niche there!
You may be familiar with 2 of the couples if you're a Faith Andrews fan/follower. She instroduced us to Milo & Emmy and Ezra & Jane in previous stories

I was given an ARC of this book in return for an honest review. While I wanted to LOVE this book I couldn’t. I loved the cover, but I couldn’t connect with any of the characters. I hoped that the epilogue would add a little more to the story and maybe make the characters more relatable, but it was just more of the same. I hate giving a book a bad rating or leaving a bad review, but if I didn’t give my honest opinion I wouldn’t have been doing what was asked of me.

Omg!! What a fun and flirty book to read!!! I'm actually really upset to be done. I couldn't get enough of these characters! Each couple had their own story but I loved how it came back to one whole story. I seriously just, I want to go back in. Each couple is unique and amazing and so much fun to read about! I've read romance, angst, and now flirty fun by Faith Andrews.... and they just keep getting better and better every time!! I just, I don't want to give anything away but I could here and g ...more

What a fun book! I flew through this book. I think it's a very cute concept. Four different stories all set in one town, Williamsburg, and the stories are connected in one way or another. These stories are alike and different in so many ways. The author connected these stories in a way that seemed natural. These couples had me laughing out loud and hoping something would give and they all got their happily ever after. My favorite story was Scruff you! That would definitely be a thunderstorm I wo ...more

THE HIPSTER CHRONICLES is a fun collection of colorful characters set outside of New York City. This was my first book about hipsters and it was enlightening. My favorite couple was Milo and Emmy. I would recommend!

The Hipster Chronicles was such a light and refreshing read. It was fun, sexy and different. It tells the story of four unlikely couples living in Williamsburg, NY, also known as the hipster community. There is a tattoo artist, a musician, a barista and a baker. Throw in a shy girl, a recently divorced girl originally from out of state, a sexy southerner, and a guy just recently dumped by his finance and you have a great mix of people. I loved the relationships they formed, and the uni

This was my first time reading a Faith Andrews book and I was not disappointed at all. This was a cute, fun, sexy read that followed the interesting lives of four different but connected individuals. This book started out fast and fun with a lot of chemistry between the first two individuals and the story quickly developed from there. A musician might have finally met his match when his next music lesson walks through the door, will they find fun in each other or will they try for more? As the r ...more

The Hipster Chronicles is such a feelgood kind of book! I had first read Scruff You! in the Because Beards anthology and was desperate for more. And now Faith Andrews has not only included that story but has written 3 more tales of a wonderful cast of characters all living in the hip part of NYC: Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

I'm not sure who I love the most but all 8 of this eclectic group of friends had me smiling with every turn of the page. Whether it was Marley and Jasper, Milo and Emmy, Ezra and

4.5 stars for these hipsters!!! Four sweet, fun, hip short stories revolving around four characters living in Williamsburg, NY!!! I totally loved reading about all of them but I'm definitely wanting more!

All four characters are connected somehow. You get the story of how they meet and a bit of where they are a few months in with each other.

We start off with Emmy, a recent divorcée, who is trying to move on and step out of her comfort zone. By stepping out of her comfort zone we meet Milo! Oh, I

I won an advanced copy in a contest and read it start to finish yesterday. This was a wonderful story of four couples whose lives intermingled so in that sense, it was very much like a series, just all in one book. To me it was the perfect mix of humor and heat. I was able to identify with the characters and felt like I was seeing a unique community through their eyes and by the end felt as if it were home to me as well. 5 stars for the fresh, new idea for a story. Seeing into the lives of 4 couples. 4 very different couples. All the couples bring the definition of opposites attract to a whole new level. And it works. It works so well. Add in that they all become friends and hang out and you have the perfect story.

3.5 stars for the actual story. Don't get me wrong. The stories had me hooked and I enjoyed them. They were simple, easy reads. I just wanted, maybe even needed, more. This isn't a bad thing. I just f

OH my goodness! What in the world did I just read? It was absolute perfection!

Wow. Just wow. I don't think that there is anything that Faith Andrews can't write. This was an absolutely amazing read. I couldn't put it down once I got started. The reader is sucked in from the very beginning and you become invested in these characters which keeps the pages turning.

I loved the Friends (tv show) type of vibe from this book. Each couple, and even each character, was so unique. I loved reading all of

4 different couples in one over population hippy dippy area in Boston. Some really great meet-cutes and a wonderful way in which these lives intersect and combine.

I still can’t decide which couple I like the most. Milo seems to be the hottest though I’m strictly against anything with a man bun..but he may just be the exception to that affinity then there’s the cowboy and holy swoon he’s vying for the top spot against Milo.

A really great, sweet read of 8 people whose lives intersect and combine.

If I'm being honest, I was hesitant to read this book. Reading about hipsters is NOT something that appeals to me BUT I am so glad I decided to take a chance. This author proves that if the writing is good enough, you can become interested in anything. I loved that the layout of the book was unique. It had four different couples' stories, each told from a single POV. All of the couples were connected in some form and at the end, everyone comes together for an event allowing you to se

I'm giving this one a five.

It was one of the most entertaining reads I've had in a while. I was glued. I needed to know more. I STILL need more. I loved these characters and have been thinking about them ever since I finished this book.

The format was so DIFFERENT but also AWESOME. The shorter stories all wrapped up into one was so well done and I loved it. LOVED IT.

No negatives from me. None. This one hit the spot in all the right places.
