**I am reviewing only the parts of this which I didn't write.**
The opportunity to read and respond to twelve chapters by prayer giants thrilled me, and the experience exceeded my expectations.
Who wouldn't want to read what E.M. Bounds, Andrew Murray, and Charles Spurgeon et al have to teach on prayer? I found the material to be well-written, easy to understand and apply, challenging--ultimately transformative. My ease and confidence in prayer has multiplied. God is answering my prayers in ways I have never before seen. It was, in fact, a guide to better prayer.

I recommend you run, don't walk, to pick up this book.

This book is actually a compilation of nine classic writings of giants of the faith such as Matthew Henry, Andrew Murray and George Whitefield. Three of the writings were split into two parts to make 12 chapters, one for each month.

The content is pure gold, and each chapter has enough for us to meditate on, study and pray over throughout each month. I like that the original English has been updated for easier reading!

Thank you NetGalley and Barbour for the review copy. This is my honest opinion.

A 12-Month Guide To Better Prayer For Women Is such a warm, interesting and teaching book. It gives you Scripture at the beginning of each chapter and then it gives you a lengthy story the - well somewhat a story about it. Here is an example, "open your mouth wide and I will fill it." psalms 81:10. Then in the text it goes" prayer is a wonderful power placed by ALMIGHTY GOD in the hands of HIS saints, which may be used to achieve unusual results." isn't that wonderful? There is so much more than that in there. Go and enjoy. I received a copy of this book from the Publisher and Netgalley; all of the opinions expressed in this review are all my own.
