A great way to learn the retrosynthetic method for organic chemistry. Entertaining, clear, straightforward. Also a great way of practicing for upcoming chemistry exams ;) It also strengthened my belief that organic chemistry is basically (mostly, but not only) about the two following rules;
1) the easier to understand "positive centers go to negative centers"
2) the harder to understand (but maybe a bit less common) "HOMO goes to LUMO"
I have fellow students who struggle with orgchem and I always say this to them and usually they just wave and do not believe me. :D
Anyway, it was worth buying and reading. Recommended.

The student's bible to retrosynthesis, via the disconnection approach (recommended by my lecturer). The true test will be my exam results.

Edit: Managed to pass, a solid victory imo.
