The Way of Non-Attachment: The Practice of Insight Meditation

When you're ready, this book will be perfect.

It's a wonderful book, one I'm currently rereading, as I remember the profound effect it had on me the first time round.

March 31, 2015Much to my regret I need to let this book go.
It is not a bad book, but I can see that at this stage of my life and with my current level of development I am not going to get the best out of this book.
I feel I need to read some other books about non-attachment first. My own reading style and that of the author didn't gel that well either, so maybe another book altogether will be a better choice.
As I borrowed the book from a friend and I do not want to wear out the welcome extended to me, I made the decision to let go of it after 8 chapters.
