A pretty decent yarn which confirms my opinion that Steve Lyons is definitely the master of Death Korps of Krieg. An interesting take on how does someone who was a member of the Imperial Guard deal with being left behind.

Warhammer 40k is and amazing universe. This is a little story, that show us more of that sort of slice of life of the warhammer 40k universe and well. I am happy, I like it, I think is good read.

One of the more humane short stories set in the 40K universe I've read so far. At times a bit heavy handed, but still nice to see some heart in an otherwise quite unfeeling setting.
