Adonis in Athens is what fairytales are made of!

This book was just, *sigh*...dreamy! Intimacy, intrigue, and whimsical romance fill the pages of this second chance love story.

Apollo and Paige's character dynamic was enchanting and piqued my interest immediately! Their chemistry was a slow burn of attraction with an unknown spark that fueled their passion. Between Apollo's smoldering good looks, his sickeningly sweet charm, and heartfelt emotions, I fell in love with him quicker than Paige did.

This book is so cute. Apollo and Paige met years ago and had a drunken spring break fling. Reconnecting three years later leads to the best adventure of their lives.
Great characters. Yaya is the best! Good story line. I love the idea that sparks can still fly instantly after so many years apart.

Perfect summer read!

This book is very different from all Kats previous work, but just as amazing! It was the perfect summer read. It had all the romance with out the angst.

All Paige wants is a little adventure in her life. When her boyfriend surprises her with a wedding proposal she realizes her life is missing exactly that, adventure. Not sure if she's already married, she decides to figure it out. Paige decides the best way to handle her past is head on, so she takes a trip to Greece.

Adonis in Athens by Kat Mizera is a sweet summer romance with all the "feels" we look for in a light summer romance. Adventure, travel to an exotic locale and a swoon worthy hero make this story a beautiful second chance romance that will make you itch to get that passport out!

Paige Carter spent three fantastic days with a "greek god" one spring break three years ago and might have married him in a shotgun Vegas wedding. Paige needs to find closure and a trip to Greece might just do that. Apoll

I was looking for a lighthearted sweet summer read and that is what I found in Adonis In Athens. I have sorta had an up and down relationship with the books this author writes sometimes I love them, sometimes I hate them. Adonis In Athens may not be fully in the love column but it is very very close to it. The characters were likable and relatable, and hello being married to a Greek God okay he isn’t rea

Paige didn't exactly know what she wanted to do with her life but she knew she wanted adventure. So she took a little vacation to Greece to divorce the husband she married 3yrs ago. What she didn't plan on was falling in love with him and Greece. But how are they going to make it work. He stays in Greece and she in Las Vegas. Apollo will stop at nothing to keep his wife. Even though they only knew each other 3 days before marrying they both knew it was something there. I loved watching them get ...more

This book was a fun, sexy read perfect for the summer. Paige has an underlying need for adventure and she finds it one fun filled spring break when she meets Apollo, a Greek hottie visiting Vegas for the week. Lots of lust filled and alcohol fueled nights and then they find themselves married. At least they think they do but Apollo has to return to school then eventually Greece and is never to be heard from again. Paige finishes school, meets Tom and finds a job working for a hockey team. But he ...more

Paige Carter is a girl looking for adventure in life. She knows this and she knows that she will never find it with her current boyfriend... Adonis in Athens spews fire from all angles. Kat Mizera sets out to tempt readers with the gorgeous landscape while captivating the emotions with this seductive tale of love lost and found. Paige and Apollo are a passionate combination. From the moment they met, their hormones ran away with their hearts. The full package is a wild ride that never slows down, but will not be easily forgotten. Am looking forward to reading more from this author.

Paige and Apollo orbit each other and sizzle the pages. Paige is looking for adventure in her life and can't seem to get over a spring break fling that she may or may not have married. Now she's on a plane to give herself closure on her fling and move on. Apollo sees Paige again and three years apart have only made him want Paige more and he's not ready to let her go a second time. loved this book. Kept seeing my big fat Greek wedding in the back of my mind. Can't wait to read more about Mick.

Adonis in Athens was a cultural love story that all started in Las Vegas. I enjoyed reading about the scenery and differences in culture all the while reading about the love story happening amongst the pages. Paige didn't realize her wanting adventures would take her clear across the world, and Apollo didn't know the girl he had a spring break fling with would cross his threshold.
This was a sweet, perfect summer read. It was quick paced but still held a punch.

Adonis in Athens (Romancing Europe Book 1) by Kat Mizera
Magnificent romance that gave this reader a warm and fuzzy while reading. It a second chance romance with a twist and NO DRAMA!!!! I know I love reading Kat’s book and I thrive on the situations her main character endure and the sexy men who are the heros. Even though that is true I found this book to be a breath of fresh air and Paige and Apollo have a chemistry you can’t deny.

Paige longs for adventure. When her boyfriend of almost 2 years proposes in a very public manner, Paige realizes that they just don’t want the same things in life . . . she is in no way ready to settle down and have 2.5 children and a white picket fence. Oh, and did she mention, she may or may not have married a weekend fling while on Spring Break 3 years ago?

Paige decides that she wants to have fond memories of her fling, and meet in person one last time, rather than simply sending divorce pape

This had a very different feel the the 'Inferno' series of books, but was still a very well written, captivating and worth the money read. It is written in the third person, has a whole cast of interesting characters, the plot is nicely unique and we still have a link to the sidewinders!

Adonis in Athens has a 'lighter' feel to it. It's a lovely summery beach read but NOT a trashy, disposable read. Apollo and Paige are as well written as any character in a Kat Mizera novel, they are believable, h

I am back and forth on this title, honestly.

I liked Paige and I liked Apollo. I thought they seemed like real people, and I thought their reactions were real. But, for me, the situations they found themselves in just didn't quite work for me.

They had a fling 3 years ago, and on the heels of a messy and awkward break up, Paige decides to see f the marriage in Vegas from 3 years ago actually happened. I get not looking into silly things that happen on vacation, bu

Adonis in Athens by Kat is book one of Kat’s new Romancing Europe series. This book is a second chance love story between Paige and Apollo. Paige is a hard worker that loves to have fun and adventure. One of these adventures she went on was during spring break when she was in college. She had a Whirlwind romance with a Greek god named Apollo which ended at the end of spring break but she never forgot him. Paige is now in a relationship with boring Tom who doesn’t like adventure and think

Honestly, this was a sweet and happy read. Both characters were so likeable and I loved the entire storyline.

Paige is dating Tom, but she’s not really thrilled. It’s okay. Tom keeps pushing it, though. He wants marriage and babies, stat. She’s not even sure she wants him. When a surprise proposal ends badly, Paige decides to do what she should have three years earlier…find out if she’d actually married that Greek Apollo!

Apollo isn’t sure what kept him

Who is Paige Carter? Who is Tom Malone? Where is Paige off to? Listening to her internal ramblings is amusing at the beginning of the book. Who is Reagan? Who or what is Apollo? What does Paige do when a song makes her think of Apollo? When Paige gets where she is supposed to be going, what happens? What makes Paige take off for Greece? What does Paige think about Adventures? What is it that Paige wants out of life? What kind of a phone call or text message does Paige receive from home while sh ...more

It looks like Paige is going to get proposed to (again) by her boyfriend. Paige just isn't in the mindset to be with him, at least at this point, for the rest of her life. She wants adventures and he just can't give her that. Plus, there's the fact of her spring break fling that she may or may not be married to. She kinda needs to wrap that up first.

So she flies to Greece to connect with Apollo and resolve her possible marriage and have her a little vacation as well. Except she is still as attr

From the moment I read the first blurb I knew I had to get my hands on this book!

A secret wedding! An adventure to Greece! A beautiful independent Heroine! And lastly a sexy alpha foreigner! Sign me up!

This was my very first Kat Mizera book and it will undoubtedly not be my last! Kat's words painted a beautiful picture. I could close my eyes and imagine that I was in Athens with Paige and Apollo! That I was there with them on the beaches... watching the sunsets.

Kat has done it again. This time with a sexy second chance at love story. What happens when a spring break fling becomes more??? Possibly even a marriage? That's what happens to Paige and Apollo.

I'm a HUGE fan of second Chance romance, and couldn't wait to read this one. And I was not disappointed at all!!! From start to finish I was captivated, and drawn in. Kat Mizera has a way of writing that sucks you right in and keeps you there until you finish the book, then you say, what the heck!! This is one of those books where you finish and you didn’t even realize that you were sitting in the same seat for 4 to 6 hours.

The perfect second chance romance, Paige and Apollo got married in Vegas on Spring Break, how cliché. But, when you do not really know if it is real, and now you think you do want to get married, what do you do, go find him and figure it a

Having read a few of Kat's books previously this one is certainly less spicy than those I have previously enjoyed but that in no way means this book is in any way less. If you are looking for a much more sweet and romantic read, Kat has your back with this one!

Paige and Apollo are a great match and the heat between these two is, at time scorching. This has every element you require in a sweet romance's got the second-chance love, a sexy male god of a man to sigh over and bickering familie

This is a very sweet love story. I liked Paige and her desire for adventure. It was obvious that Tom was just looking for an acceptable wife as the next step in his life plan. When she found out that the marriage that weekend three years ago really did happen she goes to Greece to offer Apollo a divorce.

This is where the story takes off. The author is familiar with Greece and the details about the food and the sights added to the story. And then there was the Greek family arguments. It reminded

Adonis in Athens is a delightful second chance romance. It’s the first in Romancing Europe series.
Apollo and Paige met three years before at a spring break in Las Vegas. They had an amazing time and fell for each other, but Apollo had to go straight back to Greece after. Paige had a hazy drunken memories of a marriage, but never found any paperwork so Paige put it out of her mind.

A Solid 5 stars. This book is sexy second chance love. A spring break fling turns into a possible marriage that neither are sure had happened. So what happens when Paige decided to finally look into it? An amazing adventure in Greece to track down a Greek God named Apollo. I mean who wouldn't want to go to Greece. Paige and Apollo sizzle together even after all the years apart. The instant chemistry pulls you in. Yaya will have you giggling. I love the bickering within in the family. I've read s ...more
