A fairly typical business book. Some vague science, some anecdotes/case stories. There were a few OK ideas I had from reading this. The main positive here is that it's only ~220 pages long, so it's a quick read.

This book really emphasises on the importance of people and their relationship at work - the concept being very aptly named virtual distance in the current context of virtual workforce.
