Loved this book. #2 book in Wine Country Romance Series
One baseball player, one reporter. They've known each other all there lives. An unforeseen accident comes into play which brings them close together, but a secret crush she has for someone else might just jeopardize there happily ever after.

Amazing book. See what happens between them.

It was a sweet, emotional, funny, and most moving book.
It will grab your heart for what Luca Santino does for Danica Vargas.

Love Kate Kissett..

Napa Crush: I loved that the story was written around wine country and the characters were fantastic throughout the story! It was a great continuation of the series. Luca and Danica were the perfect matches for each other even though big brother messed things up. I loved how Luca was so honest with Danica from the beginning. Even though she didn't recognize him in the beginning. I loved the challenges that they put themselves through. I loved that Kate Kisset chose to do wine and baseball it fit ...more

How in the world does a girl like Danica keep track of the Santiago Males in her life. First there is her teenage crush Luca who kissed like a dream and kept her busy one long summer. Then there is Michael, whose kisses, innocent as they seem, keep Danica’s world off axel. Then there are the Twins, Nick and Giani who flirt at the drop of a hat. Her whole life she has been surrounded by Santiago’s. Even Jamie Santiago who ends up with her best friend Sarah.
Then we have Luca Santiago, who has been

Luca Santino has had a crush on his best friend's sister as long as he can remember. She just never seemed to take him seriously. He's grown up, filled out & is now a sexy baseball player for the Sonoma Crushers. He's going by the name Danny Deep because he doesn't want to trade on the Santino Winery's name &reputation to get where he wants to be. He's hoping that now that he's back in town, he can get Danica to see him differently. He just didn't expect that she wouldn't recognize him.

The best one yet in her series. Each time I read one of her stories, I am amazed at her style, her characters, and the emotion streaming off the pages. In all honesty, each couple she created felt real as if I knew them, and yet somehow, Danica and Luca appeared more real than the others. Was it something about their story that sparked something within me? A familiar scent? Emotion? Experience? Honestly, I can’t say because I just don’t know. I’ve always been a sucker for lost love, rekindled lo ...more

4.5 Rating ... A sweet story about forgotten love. This is the 2nd story in the Wine Country Series.

Danica Vargas has a crush on Michael Santino. When Michael asked her to join him at the local baseball game of the Crushers she thinks he's finally asked her out on a date. Upon arrival, she finds out that is not the case and is devastated as goes to the snack stand. While standing in line she gets hit by a baseball, and is rushed to the hospital.

This book is technically book 2 of the Wine Country Romance series, but it completely stands alone and it *does not* end on a cliffhanger. There was some on-screen sex, and some mild cursing but there weren't any f-bombs.

I adored this story. The relationship that blossomed between Danica and Luca was so sweet and so full of chemistry that I wanted them to be together from that very first kiss. This one starts off with a bang (pun intended), and with Danica smitten with the wrong Santino brother

I am so in love with Luca that i want him for me...
Another cute and sweet story from Kate Kisset. Great summer reading!
With a light and entertaining narrative, she shows the love story of Luca and Danica, Sarah's electric friend who together with the inseparable friends Juliet and Lulu will live some adventures until they reach the Happily Ever After.
Danica's family and the Santino family have been friends for a long time so Danica grew up with the Santino brothers around her, and she had an aff

A lighthearted contemporary romance, there were laugh out loud moments as well as a chance of remedying mistakes of the past. Landing in hospital with a concussion, Danica doesn't recognise the baseball player in her hospital room as so much has changed since she last saw him. As Danica and Luca reconnect, there are misunderstandings and family dynamics at play that interfere with the strong feelings between the main characters. Through it all, there is always Lulu who has the perfect solution f ...more

Sweet, fun, sexy and emotionally filling small town romance with a I remember you, how could you possibly forget me twist. Loved every heart pounding turn of fate.

Danica Vargas has been a friend of the Santino family for as long as she can remember growing up only blocks away from each other back in the day. So it is not supersizing when she thinks she is getting a more than friends vibe from the oldest son that she want to act on it (all that Santino hotness, who wouldn't) What is supersizing

What do you do when you're crushing on one man, then are blindsided by another?

Danica keeps thinking she's getting mixed signals from her crush, Michael. She's sure he's really into her, then she's sure he isn't.

'Danny' remembers the crush he's had on Danica since they were in school together. He's really into her, but she doesn't remember her school crush as 'Danny'.

This book was a great read! Lots of fun, some sexy times, misunderstandings, and just a fabulous novel. It is book #2 in this ser

Napa Crush: Single Girls Wine Club (Wine Country Romance Series Book 2)
by Kate Kisset
This is writer Danica Vargas and Luca Santino's story.

Luca has always been attracted to Danica, his best friend's sister. Years have gone by since they have seen each other. Their first meeting after so many years is not the way Luca would have liked. Will Luca get a second chance with Danica?

This is a sweet and heartwarming story with some steamy moments. At times the characters seemed to act a little too juve

Napa Crush is a a tale of young love and innocents. Fast forward a few years to a baseball game. Danica is standing in the Snack Shack line and the announcer has just announced Sonoma Crushers Dandy Danny Deep is up to bat. Danica hears someone yell "Heads!" just before the sky fell and everything went black. It wasn't a direct hit. The ball bounced before it hit her right in the forehead. Danica has a visit from a baseball player who instantly starts apologizing. The Nurse explains to Danica th ...more

Ms. Kisset makes wine country a must see destination with her intoxicating tales. Like the most robust of wines, she delivers a bountiful combination. Napa Crush serves up the humor but does not hold back on the heart. Who knew one short story could leave such a lasting impression. The Santino boys are easy on the eyes but clueless when it comes to the heart. Kate Kisset, gives readers something to talk about with her huggable characters and lovable stories. The problem is once the party begins, ...more

This is the second book in this series about the Santino brothers of Napa Valley. I could not put the book down until I found out how it ended! The author will touch your emotions as she weaves her story of Danica Vargas and Luca Santino. It is a touching story and will make you think about your early past relationships. I received an advance copy of this book and I willingly chose to write an honest review.

Can't describe how excited I was to receive the ARC for Napa Crush. I had loved the first book in the series and loved this one just as much.

It's a quick read but fun and cute and so makes me wish to be living in Napa and maybe meet my own Luca... or any Santino brother really!! 😍

Recommend this book for a day at the beach, river, or whenever you want to procrastinate and avoid responsibilities.

Heartwarming sweet romantic book. This storyline shows you that love takes its own path and not always the path you feel it needs to take. Sometimes life throws you a curve ball and that is something that Luca does to The life Danica has mapped out for herself. That is something she needs to figure out before Luca is gone. This is book 2 in the Wine Country series but standalone but I'm telling you Kate Kisset writes them in a way you don't want to miss reading any of them. ...more

This is a really hard review for me to write. There were some things I really liked about this story, most of all Luca. He was a pretty perfect hero: sexy, thoughtful, romantic. Then there was Danica. I just couldn't warm up to her. She was so clueless (and yes, I know that was kind of the point of the story but she was SO clueless that I wanted to scream). By the end of the story I could see them working towards their HEA but I would have liked to read more about them being together. Overall a ...more

This is a fun story that will have you turning the pages to see what will happen next. You will laugh and cry along with Danica, can she find love or will she mess it up because of a crush she has on Michael Santino.

What a sweet romantic love story that has you smiling and tearing up at the same time.

This is the second in the series of 3 best friends who live in Sonoma County, love wine and so far 2 out of 3 have love in their eyes for the Santino men... Well actually its 4 ladies if you count their precocious surrogate grandmother/landlady Lulu who has a budding spark with Uncle Leo Santino.
My my these Santino men of all ages sure do know how to snag the ladies.

This book is Danica and Luca, aka Danny Deep

I really liked this book so much better than the first one. But there's some things I didn't like about this book as well. Im not big into details when I am reading a book and this one was like that. I This
honestly didn't need to know every little thing about Danica because it's boring so I found myself skimming over some of the content because quite honestly I just lost interest in it and became frustrated. Even though this book was told through a dual perspective I am going to be ho

This book is absolutely AMAZING!!! Luca is the sweetest, sexiest (yes, in my head☺) guy. He's had a crush on Danica since Junior High (he was, and still is, her brother Jess's, best friend). They kissed quite a few times back then , even though he was just 13/14 and she was 15/16. But then she broke his heart. It is 13 years later and he is back in town and plays baseball for the local team --- and he is all sexy and delectable male now.
I think I'll stop here ( don't want to give away any spoile

I loved this terrific book about Luca and Danica. They have known each other for many, many years. He was her first kiss! He's carried a torch for her since middle school even though she's a couple of years older. When she doesn't recognize him, he is hurt. There are bumps along the way thanks to Danica's crush on Luca's oldest brother, Michael. Is her keeping this to herself a deal breaker for Luca? No spoilers, but I do recommend this book that gives them a second chance as adults. ...more

Napa Crush by Kate Kisset is one of the most romantic stories I have read as of late. It is about a woman that is looking for love and finds it in the person she least expects to find it. Many twists and turns keep you reading. I read this in one setting and really can’t wait for the next one. I loved the story of Danica and Luca. They are so perfect for each other. We all wish we could find our own Luca in the world. Kate Kisset is a master of the romance storytelling.

Napa Crush is a fun book of unknown identity that leads to a reconnection of characters. Book two in the Wine Country Series by Kate Kisset, Napa Crush is a stand-alone book. There are many humorous events in this well plotted book that involves more baseball than it does wineries. I am not really a sports romance fan but found this to be an entertaining read.

Luca Santino aka Danny Depp is a wonderful male lead which is refreshing in the sports world. Wish he could be real guy instead of a ficti
