Say what you will, but this book is cute. I even got the lady at Barnes & Noble to look at a few pages while she checked me out. The art is adorable and it made me fall in love with rabbits all over again. I plan to get the plushy soon too! 5 stars for cuteness!

In case not enough people were talking about the 2016 Presidential Election, now you can get your kids to join in the conversation, too!

Thump: The First Bundred Days chronicles Thump's ascendancy from that now-famous escalator at “Thump Tower” to the highest office in America, the White House. Each page of the book took a significant (or comedic) moment from Donald Trump's candidacy and made it (mostly) kid-friendly, complete with illustrations of animals, cutesy renditions of actual events, an

The internet adage “Poe’s Law” indicates that, “without a clear indicator of the author’s intent, it is impossible to create a parody of extreme views so obviously exaggerated that it cannot be mistaken by some readers for a sincere expression of the parodied views.” Of course, the reverse is true as well, that no work of sincerity from an extreme view cannot be mistaken for a parody, and it’s not just confined to the internet. A good friend of mine owns this book and that's how I came to know of its existence. I'm not into politics but to enjoy this book I feel you don't really have to. Its cute, its funny and it doesn't take itself to seriously. I bought my own copy to be given as a grad gift to a goid friend going into the political science field.

I got this book as a joke gift for someone who abhors Trump, and even he had to admit the book was cute.

Propaganda, narrative framing 101. One star for providing insight into the narrative Trump supporters believe. Too bad for bunnies everywhere. Alex Jones illustration quite disturbing.

Great political satire from Timothy Lin. It traces "Thump's" push to the top job and is wonderfully written throughout. Readers will be amazed with the beautiful artwork as well.
