Learn the new tools of Pro Tools 7 not via book but through PRO TOOLS 7 CSI MASTER, a training cd-rom which offers hands-on computer training. Work through movie tutorials which teach by example, and learn how a DAW pro uses Pro Tools productively in typical real-life settings. The movie environment compares quite well with the book format, and allows for many more visual step-by-step examples than most books could provide.
