After not being able to get past the pushy title for years, finally got around to reading this to find it very enjoyable. Mrs. Heald's straight forward words of wisdom are embellished with personal experiences of her own or of people she's known and are all backed up with solid scripture readings. Also, multiple quotes from Oswald Chambers and C.S. Lewis to illustrate points for the "10 Lessons" just added icing to the cake!

This book is definitely geared towards women, though guys won't be grossed out or anything, just not really the target audience. I would suggest it for the late-to-post college age crowd at earliest, as most teenagers probably won't have the life experience to feel included in the lessons or sympathize with the stories, though the "Ten Truths" are certainly applicable at any age!

This is a great read for someone who questions the love of God. This book shares the truth in the Bible and how the truth in Christ can set us free from so many things. It is possible to have peace with God and freedom from sin in our lives.
