A very well-organized and finely-written TEXTBOOK about a subject that is (to me, at least) highly intriguing. Really makes one think about where the courts of the US stand in relation to the society surrounding them. Introduced me to a whole new language (legalese, I suppose) and way of getting one's point across. The essays at the end of the chapters demonstrate what bright individuals some of those who have 'made it big' in the legal realm really are.
