Adam I will have her. Every piece of that body. Of her heart. She's mine. But she's gone. How do I get her back? Violet, back in my arms. In my bed.

This is the final installment of the Solid Stone series & well worth the read. To appreciate the story fully you should probably read the first two stories about Violet & Adam's intense love affair. While Violet has been away in Chicago helping her boss set up a new office there she has become more reliable on herself & capable of much more than she imagined. When Adam walks back into her life six months later he is surprised by how much she has changed, the unsure of herself Violet has become more independent & stable emotionally. They work their way back to one another in an emotionally charged story about finding the truths that lie deep beneath the surface & learning to trust again. This book is meant for mature readers.

A great conclusion to an enjoyable and intriguing opposites attract erotic romance series!
Solid Stone: Choices is the third and final book in this series and overall this book was a great conclusion to an enjoyable and intriguing opposites attract erotic romance! The book was full of the steamy and passionate scenes fans of the series will look forward to and enjoy, as well as a few good twists and turns to make this not an entirely predictable read as Violet and Adam’s story concludes. I personally loved the ending of this book and the way the book tied up Violet and Adam’s relationship in a very fitting way. Obviously, to understand this book you do need to have read the previous books in this series as it picks up where book two ended and therefore is NOT a standalone read.
Rather than the single perspective of Violet as in the two previous books, this book is told with dual perspective of both Adam and Violet. Both characters continue to grow and show new depths over the book as secrets are unraveled and the couple face new challenges in their present relationship while always maintaining their connection that is just as sexy. As with the previous books, Violet and Adam are fairly likeable characters but both have moments where as a reader you get frustrated with them. The book maintains the BDSM element of master/submissive and fantasy aspects that plays a role in stretching both characters to their limits.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed this series and can’t wait to read more by the author in the future.

This is the third book in the Solid Stone Series therefore, if you haven't read the first two I would strongly urge you to do so.
Violet and Adam reached a breaking point in their relationship at the end of book 2. Violet took things into her own hands and made decisions that changed their lives. Will Violet regret her choices? Will Adam fight to get back the woman he loves?
Violet and Adam spent a lot of time tip toeing around each other in this book which at times, drove me crazy. Their dialogues, conversations together and inner monologues were very repetitious to the point, it actually got on my nerves.
Adam really surprised me; he was supportive yet respectful of Violet's choices throughout. His dominance and controlling tendencies were toned down a lot.
Violet and Adam's relationship was sweet, sexy yet dark with an element of suspense to keep you hanging.
I fell in love with E.G. Patrick's writing the minute I began reading her debut novel REVOLVING DOOR, and my love affair with her books has continued. CHOICES is book 3 in her SOLID STONE series and cannot be read as a stand alone. To fully understand the relationship of Violet Cole and Adam Stone, you must start at the beginning. The dynamics of their relationship alter dramatically throughout the three books and it is important to understand why.
CHOICES picks up with Vee, having moved to Chicago for her work, but also because she believes that Adam has betrayed her. No longer the dependant wallflower she once was, Vee has learnt to become strong, and not allow other to walk all over her. Although she is learning to live without Adam, she misses him terribly and often fantacizes having him back. What will her reaction be when he walks through her office doors and back into her life - albeit professionally?
Adam Stone is a stubborn man, but, he is also a man in love - even if he is not ready to admit it. Gone is the domineering alpha male (well not totally gone) and in his place stands a man who simply wants the love of his life back. He gives over to Vee's need of independence and space, all the while subtly showing her his love. is he able to resolve the misunderstanding that led Vee to flee Chicago in the first place? Or will he, once she returns to Toronto, have to be satisfied with just being friends?
Once again Elizabeth has written a gritty novel that I simply could not put down. Add in her steamy hot scenes, ad you have the perfect read. I know that I will definitely reread this series many time, I simply fell in ove with Violet Cole and Adam Stone.
