If you have an air fryer you may enjoy this cookbook. Most of the items are breaded but give gluten-free ideas, but there are some healthier recipes as well. Found a couple of recipes I will try.

I found quite a few recipes I will try in the air fryer. I just received an air fryer for Christmas and was really looking for a more basic cookbook to begin using mine, but this book is a bit beyond basic. It does give troubleshooting tips, helpful information on using the air fryer, but I was looking for basic information, like how long and what temp does one need to cook specific meats, like steak and pork chops. I will try some of the recipes for sure, like smores and hasselback apple crisp. But, I still need an even more basic cookbook.

Mmm mmm yum

Looks like I have some cooking to do. These recipes look like they're going to be great. A little disappointed there isn't just a simple recipe for a great steak but it gives me some ideas for other things I eat.

After reading her first air fryer cookbook, Air Fry Everything!, I was a little disappointed in this one. Absolutely great title, but in order to add to the recipes presented in the first book, these recipes range farther afield and are not as appealing to my household. Get the first one!

Air fry everything? A fair amount of breaded recipes along with some conventional oven/broiler recipes with shorter cook times. I feel that most of the recipes were nothing special and didn't play much with small entrees cooked for one rapidly.

I honestly did not realize you could cook so many different things in a air fryer! After trying some of the recipes they are all delicious and you wouldn't guess it was cooked in the air fryer

Bought an air fryer and didn't know how to use it. "The Blue Jean Chef" has come up with great recipes and even provides some very basic information like cooking times. Really valuable resource.

This is the best air fryer cookbook I have found yet. The pictures are gorgeous and none of the recipes are overly complicated.

A nice group of recipes with several I haven’t seen adapted to air fryers before. I’m particularly eager to try the “Hush Puffins.” They sound like the perfect quarantine comfort food.

As the new owner of a “new to me” Air Fryer – I am still trying to learn my way around it and get some inspiration. This was a great starting point – interesting recipes which give me an idea of what all I can do in an air fryer but most importantly, there is a wonderful table in the back of the book that gives basic cook times and temps for nearly every veg and cut of meat. HUGE help as I get used to this new gizmo.
