3.5 stars. The text is okay, but I am absolutely in love with the pictures of these dirty little heathen children. They look like they have been up to filthy mischief all day and I am totally on board.

First sentence: Today we had such fun! fun! fun! But now the day is done! done! done! You're so full of dirt! dirt! dirt! Take off your pants and shirt! shirt! shirt!

Premise/plot: Who's ready for BATH TIME?!

My thoughts: I really enjoyed this one. I wish my library had Douglas Florian's Play! Play! Play! I'd love to compare these two. If the children in Bath! Bath! Bath! are the same children in Play! Play! Play! I bet they play hard. These kids are happy and filthy--absolutely filthy. The good n

We recently read the similar book, Play! Play! Play! by the same author and I was delighted to see more offerings from him - especially this one about taking a bath! My toddler absolutely loves his tubby time so I really enjoyed reading him this whimsical book about bath time. The rhymes and rhythm are very upbeat and playful and make this a really fun book to share! We checked this out from the library but I definitely want to get a copy for our own!

Fun read aloud for storytime. Used with ages 0-3 along with a maraca to emphasize the repetition in the text. That really caught the kiddos attention and they loved it. We also pointed out our body parts as we read about them in the story.
Age: Infant-Toddler

It's time to wash off all the grime of the day in this celebration of a nightly (or *ahem* bi-nightly) routine. Lots of sibling pairs are helping each other take a bath but no adults are shown.
I adore this book! The cute diverse toddlers have gotten dirty and now it is bath time. Each page has a word repeated three times like "dirt, dirt, dirt" that should help hold the interest of little ones. A great choice for Baby Storytimes.
A cute little rhyming book about bathtime. My 3 yr old loved it.

I didn't realize DF was doing board books! I just wish this one was waterproof so you can take it in the bath.
Cute illustrations plus rhyming and simple language make this book good storytime fodder. Sure wish it was a bigger format for a crowd!
