Caillou (pronounced Ki-U) is a little boy that just got a new baby sister Rosie. He wants Mommy to play with him but she's putting Rosie to bed. He doesn't want to go to bed, and Mommy tells him he doesn't have to that he's a big boy now. So she and he and Daddy play a board game together before bed. Then it's bedtime and Daddy tells him to get ready and he'll read a story to him. After all that he wants the door left open because he's scared. But his parents tell him hes a big boy and he's okay he has teddy and he can hear that Mommy and Daddy are just out side the door. The next morning he's proud of himself because he slept all night with the door shut.

Ah, il me fait kiffer ce petit !!
Le dodo, c'est toujours un peu compliqué pour les enfants qui ont l'habitude de dormir avec papa et maman. Mais quand arrive le jour où il faut prendre son courage à deux mains, pour dormir seul, c'est quelque chose.
Caillou a du mal, résiste encore un peu. Teste également pour voir si les parents vont céder mais, non.
Il a peur du noir, c'est normal, il est encore tout petit. Au fond de lui, il veut montrer que c'est un grand garçon et qu'il peut dormir tout seul, surtout depuis qu'il est devenu grand-frère. Faut montrer l'exemple. C'est elle le bébé. Pas lui.

Encore une fois, j'ai adoré l'ouvrage. Très sympa !
