An excellent primer and well-executed exercise compilation.

Easy quick read or slow contemplative digestion, it's your choice.

There is a section that uses offensive (racist) language that, by today's standards, certainly could use some rephrasing, but otherwise a 5-star read.

"You have to decide for yourself whether you prefer to be stuck or if you want to risk unpleasant feelings and grow up."

Do yourself a favour; do the experiments.

This is one of the only self-help books I've ever finished, partly because it's so short. I love it because it actually works and because it makes me feel like I am in the 1970s.
