This is an alternate cover edition for B00KR2HV9Y.
Orgasmic Meditation? Therapeutic?! Kaylee Baker is horrified when her girlfriends suggest a trip to artsy Boulder, Colorado, to check out the latest craze. What her friends don’t know about Kaylee is that she is a little repressed, bordering on frigid, and the idea of a complete stranger bringing her to orgasm--therapeutic or not--is horrifying.
Blaze Donahue has admired Kaylee from afar for quite some time, and part of the reason he’s kept his distance is because he’s had no indication that she might even be interested. But when he’s given the opportunity to offer her his own version of OM with no strings attached, he makes an offer she has a hard time refusing.
When there are undeniable sparks between the two, Kaylee runs, afraid of the overwhelming feelings she has for this gorgeous, sensitive guy. Blaze feels compelled to convince her otherwise but wonders if he’ll be able to crack through the ice surrounding this sweet girl. Can they find true love or will it just be a one-time O?
Jade C. Jamison writes steamy contemporary romance that’s full of heat, heartbreak, and hard rock. Known for emotionally raw rockstar romances, sizzling billionaire stories, and unforgettable second chances, Jade delivers passionate stories with fierce heroines and brooding heroes.
When she's not writing, she's jamming to metal, sipping strong coffee, or spoiling her pets and family. Whether set in small-town Colorado or on tour with a band, her books take readers on an intense, romantic ride—one story at a time.
I am not going to trash the book, I am just going to say that, I can see the merit in the storyline and the characters, unfortunately there is just something that doesn't work for me personally when it comes to the writing style...
There are some great one-liners -
God his finger had turned her into a fucking animal....
"It was like I was at an orgy but no one gave me enough liquor to relax"
I certainly wouldn't discourage anyone who is looking for a light, fun, read from picking up this book, it just didn't work for me.
Kaylee Baker is a shy reserved college student that was raised in household where sex was not an open topic. When her friends suggest a weekend retreat to experience orgasmic meditation, she is horrified. There is no way she would ever let a stranger try and get her off, and furthermore she is not sure she has ever even had an orgasm. Her roommate’s sexy brother has a better offer for her. Kaylee has always thought that Blaze was sexy, but out of her reach. She could not have been more wrong. When Blaze offers to be her “therapist”, Kaylee is shocked but simply cannot bring herself to turn down his offer.
The title of the book and the cover pretty much sum up the heat factor of this story. Bouncing between Kaylee and Blaze for the POV was great. I like having different perspectives on a story. While Kaylee is shy and reserved and feels inexperienced in the bedroom, perhaps she has just not had the right guy come along to show her what all the fuss is about. Once Blaze gets a hold of her, Kaylee becomes much surer of herself and what she wants. Blaze is a great character as well. He is hot, charming and caring. He is not obsessed, just persistent. I found both of them refreshing and realistic.
The heat between Blaze and Kaylee was enough to almost set my nook on fire! Chapter 3 is OMG! However, the rest of the story is just as hot. Their relationship is honest and believable. There is the perfect amount of angst and conflict to keep you invested in the story. If you are looking for hot, fresh sex scenes, Finger Bang lives up to its title. Really this story has it all.
This was (gasp) my first time reading one of Jade’s books, but let me tell you, it will not be the last. This is a perfect summer read. Lots of hot sex and a great story line to keep you interested in the characters. Loved the writing style and that every sex scene (there are lots) is fresh and different and not at all repetitive or boring.

Belying the hard-hitting, erotic title, Finger Bang is a lighthearted, sensual read. An enjoyable way to spend a few stress-free hours in someone else's world.
Warning: I had a difficult time getting into the book at the beginning, as I found Kaylee's friends overwhelming, as does she. In-your-face, demanding, slightly insulting, Kaylee's friends put her on the spot to go to Boulder, Colorado to 'loosen up'. Even though, Kaylee is sexually repressed, shy, and uncertain, my first impression of her friends was NOT complimentary. As a serious introvert, reading the 'banter' and conversation from page one was mentally taxing for me, and I will sadly admit that if I wasn't reading to review, I wouldn't have continued on because I was in the mood for stress-free.
With that saying, I did enjoy being in Kaylee's mind, was able to empathize with the character, sharing a similar mindset. The introduction of Blaze kept me reading.
Since I read reviews before I buy, I don't wish to ruin the reading experience for those who do the same, so you will not get a play-by-play/book-report-style review from me.
Finger Bang picked up for me at chapter 3, when Kaylee is alone and her friends are in Boulder getting their orgasm on. Experimenting with their own version of Orgasm Meditation, Blaze proves to Kaylee that she isn't sexually repressed. The sexual content is highly detailed and smoking hot. But it is written in a way that makes it sensual and intimate, not raunchy & over-the-top.
The friends return, insecurities, drama, and angst rear their ugly heads, creating the conflict of the story. The evolution of Kaylee & Blaze's relationship is an enjoyable ride.
3rd Person, dual-perspective: Kaylee & Blaze. recommend: contemporary romance fans who enjoy an angsty, steamy read. would I read more from this author in the future: Yes. When I'm looking for a few hours of guilty-pleasure entertainment.

Orgasmic Meditation??? Yes, I think I'll read that.. that was my initial though when I read the synopsis for this book. The cover and title helped too if I'm honest.. Finger Bang.. I don't know about you, but my mind goes to dirty places...
Kaylee, our heroine... she's a sweet, shy gal with little experience in the bedroom... even with herself. Enter Blaze, her roommate's SEXY brother. He BLAZES the hell out of her. He's hot, he's patient and everything else she needs.
Blaze is even bold, yet patient enough to get her to agree to try something she never ever thought she would... orgasmic meditation, while her three other roommates head out of town to try it with strangers.
I LOVED this story. I loved Kaylee and her shy personality that blooms as the story continues. Blaze was sexy and fun through out the story. Add in the three roommates and Kaylee's parents and it was an excellent well rounded story with some funny moments and other not so funny sexy scenes and everything between.
I like both Kaylee and Blaze individually and as a couple, and for the most part I liked the roommates Maddy and Shannon. I was not impressed with Rachel though, she seemed hell-bent on getting Kaylee to loosen up, instead of just respecting Kaylee and her upbringing. But at least Rachel was finally put in her place and learned to accept Kaylee for who she is. There is a little bit of drama and angst in the story, but for the most part this is just a straight-forward story about a young woman finally getting the chance to learn and enjoy the sexual benefits in a relationship. This is a book I would recommend to someone who’s looking a good story that’s not mired down with over-the-top drama.
This was a step away from the only other Jade C Jamison book I've read - Bullet.
If you're looking for a light hearted, good girl, good boy story wrapped up in a sexy bow then this is for you!
I devoured this story in just a few short hours and loved the whole thing! It was a page turner for me and perfect for a chill out afternoon.
We meet Kaylee first. She's early twenties. Innocent but not naive and very wary of what her parents think of her so tends to be the quiet, pensive one of her small yet intimate group of friends.
Then we are introduced to Blaze. He is the brother of Kaylee's roommate, Rachel. I instantly felt more than just "like" towards Blaze. The way Jade describes him I damn well lust and am halfway to loving the guy! He is HOT. And practically offered himself to Kaylee on a freaking silver platter!
It took some persuading and cajoling on Blaze's part but once started Kaylee had a difficult time saying "no" as I imagine any female of the heterosexual persuasion would! *fans self*
Their relationship is tender and sweet and progresses at the perfect rate for them. Kaylee still has some hurdles to overcome whilst they explore their sexual relationship as well as their emotional one.
Read it for yourself to see if they succeed in making it work as a couple and if they speed bumps they incur are too high and tumultuous for the well behaved Christian girl to overcome.
Jamison has done it again and in a whole new way!! Not only has she taken on a controversial topic but she has done it in a lighthearted way that forces you to look at it from new and different angles. Don’t be intimidated by the title because inside you will find a tender and heartfelt love story that is sure to become a classic among her works.
Kaylee is on the verge of an awakening and I really enjoyed the journey. She’s unassuming, quiet, and fearful that her inexperience may be holding her back. Not only did I feel like I was in her head but in her heart as well. Jamison could have easily focused on the sexual growth that Kaylee was wading her way through but she chose to bring us in on the emotional side of things as well. We get to feel her insecurity along with her desire...her longing slowly replaced by hope...her shame as she struggles through the taboos placed on her psyche in childhood. She was like a butterfly slowly emerging from her cocoon and the result was a beautiful entity that couldn’t be more deserving of happiness.
Blaze, just as hot as his name suggests, was the perfect tutor for Kaylee. He has been experiencing his own longing from afar for quite some time and plunges in when the opportunity presents itself. I loved how well he was able to read Kaylee and how understanding he was about her inhibitions. He is patient when needed, firm that she never be embarrassed, and encouraging when she doubts herself. On the surface they appear to be opposites but they are kindred spirits and I loved watching each chapter unfold a new layer in their story.
I’ve said it before and it bears repeating...Jamison is a master at nailing the “voice” of each of her characters. Sometimes, when you have multiple narrators, one character’s voice is well developed but the others all seem generic. That’s never the case with Jamison. Each one of her characters is unique and their tone of voice is perfect. It’s almost as though she lives in their heads for a bit before she ever types a word into existence. Her ability to grasp their thought processes allows her characters to come to life in such a way that they feel real and very honest. It’s that rawness and the true-to-life tone that has become Jamison’s trademark. Her writing style is so fluid and remarkably easy to read. Hours have passed, pages have been turned, and the end is upon you before you realize it. I continue to look forward to whatever she decides to write about next and can’t wait to devour it. She is my literary hero and I can’t sing her praises enough! Click buy…NOW!!! And don’t hesitate to click buy on everything else she’s written because one book won’t be enough!

Shannon, My Secret Book Spot
REVIEW #2 Finger Bang by Jade C. Jamison 5 out of 5 Stars Disclaimer!! Alrighty then...Shannon has reviewed a few of Jade's books and has always been very impressed with her style and storytelling ability so I decided we needed a second opinion on this latest addition to Jamison's collection. Not because I doubted the previous reviews or Jade's writing abilities but because I was incredibly jealous that Shannon was getting really great books and I hadn't been allowed to review them! There it's in the open! Don’t judge me!! I'm not going to retell the story line, but I would like to tell you in my own words how I felt about Jamison's style. In the beginning of the book Jade gives a disclaimer to the effect that Finger Bang is not her "norm". I guess most of her books are a little darker and more angst filled while Finger Bang is not funny per say, but it's a very gentle, soft love story with the humor that life naturally brings from new relationships. So with that said, I can’t compare this book for die hard Jade C. Jamison fans because I’m a noob; however, I will say that Finger Bang/Jade have a very humble, genuine, exposed form of writing that truly is a rarity amongst modern authors. Kaylee and Blaze each were so well developed as people that you started to expect their responses, not because it was formulaic, but because they were real people you were experiencing life with. Throughout the book I was vividly reminded of what first love feels like and how that first big “O” rocks your world, even though I’ve been married 15 years, it was spectacular! I believe it’s a true gift for an author to bring readers with them on their storytelling journey, but honestly I felt like Jamison went beyond that and brought her journey outside of my Nook. I lost track of space and time and just experienced the dimension that is Rachel, Shannon, Maddy, Kaylee, Sam, and Blaze’s world. While there were issues to overcome, like every new couple, I appreciated the lack of over fictionalized drama, every situation was something truly believable and each character was a true person with a defined place in the puzzle. The same is true for the steamy scenes, each one was incredibly HOT, relatable, quirky to some extent because of Kaylee’s upbringing, and just truly real! Sex is amazing with someone who takes the time to care about your pleasure and both Kaylee and Blaze REALLY cared!! So now I don’t have to be jealous anymore, except maybe of Kaylee because Blaze was on FIRE!! Hehe *A complimentary copy was given in exchange for an honest review* Pepper, My Secret Book Spot
I received this book from the author in exchange for an honest review.
Finger Bang…what a provocative title from a woman who is not shy about telling it (or writing it) like it is…real and in-your-face lusty, Jade C. Jamison sexy storytelling at its finest!
This is a light-hearted, at times funny but mostly fairly erotic story about college student Kaylee, who lives with her three slightly wilder and more aggressive roommates…and a crazy idea they come up with one night while out drinking. Apparently in Boulder Colorado, there is such a thing as Orgasmic Meditation…you can pay to have a complete stranger essentially “finger bang” you to orgasm…15 minutes…you naked from the waist down, a dude wearing a rubber glove and lathered in lube (romantic isn’t it?)…and what promises to be a long, possibly multi-orgasmic 15 minutes. OK…I’m in…where do I sign up??
Of course, everyone but the repressed and inexperienced Kaylee agree to go give it a try, but not to worry about Kaylee missing out…Blaze, the hot and dangerously sexy looking brother of her roommate Rachel gives her an offer she (almost) can’t or really doesn’t want to refuse. Blaze has been her secret crush and although she is too shy to act on it (and therefore he just thinks she doesn’t like him) when he shows up at her apartment one night, armed with everything needed to experience the OM she would have gotten in Boulder, things get very complicated and opens up a whole new world of feeling and sexual desire for Kaylee. This was supposed to be a one night only, one time experiment…no strings attached…but of course once you get a taste…game on!
This book shows wonderful insight as to the inner workings of the female brain…how we look at each other, our friends, how we say what we want them to hear to look a certain way to them, and what we really need and desire on a personal level. It also describes the inner battle between what we feel is morally right and what we need for complete fulfillment as women regardless of what our religious upbringing may have ingrained in us. Kaylee's feelings were best expressed in this quote and I couldn't agree more: “…if being saved meant turning him away, she would be content to be damned.”
This was such a good story...it was sexy and funny and I think many women who grew up in very conservative homes and ultra-religious backgrounds will totally relate to Kaylee's issues. Blaze was the perfect leading man...I loved his sweet nature and care for the environment (that makes him a very original hero from most romances) and since there is NO cheating in this book, it will not alienate those who refuse to buy or read books with cheating in them.
What you get is an extremely sensual and emotionally satisfying and relatable story for anyone who has wondered if there is “more” to their sex life than what they experience or are willing to just “settle” for…and the payoff is huge at the end of Kaylee and Blaze’s sometimes rocky, but always loving journey of exploration. Nobody should have to live their life unfulfilled, repressed or feeling like their desires are not meant to be satisfied. The road to finding the ONE you are meant to be with isn’t always easy, but as Finger Bang shows us, it sure can be a lot of fun figuring it out.
This book has bumped up to one of my favorite Jamison books now…be warned though, you might need a cold shower, a stiff drink and maybe even a cigarette after reading this one. =)
***** 5 ***** “finger banging hot and heavy good times” stars
Don't let the title scare you away - it is not all what this story is about! This story is so much more.
I have read most of Jade C Jamison's books, and this is a step away from her usual - not a metal band or a rocker in sight!
Kaylee is a shy, reserved college student from a strict Catholic background, and she is quite frankly embarrassed by her friends and roommate's sex talk.
Blaze is her friend's brother, and the guy she has been crushing on for such a long time.
Kaylee is on the verge of her sexual awakening, but when her friends decide to give orgasmic meditation a go, she just can't do it. You can't help but feel for Kaylee. We have all been where she is at some time in her life. You can feel her embarrassment, you can hear her brain thinking things over. I was not brought up in a strict religous family, but I can imagine the conflicting emotions she is feeling as the story progresses.
Enter Blaze to the rescue. He is as hot as his name suggests, and he is just the person to help Kaylee come out of her cocoon and show the world the beautiful, sexual butterfly she has been hiding all along. I love how he knows her, he gets what she is feeling, he understands her hesitance. He has also been longing, wanting from afar.
This could be the perfect opportunity for Kaylee and Blaze to bring their feelings out into the open and flourish.
While this book is sexy and hot, it is also sweet and tender and loving. They say opposites attract, and Kaylee and Blaze could not be any more different if they tried - and this makes them perfect for each other.
So, does Kaylee get her O? Can she and Blaze have a relationship, get their HEA?
Nope, for that you are going to have to read for yourself.
Ms Jamison has a way of getting right into her character's headspace, and she drags you there with her. While this is so completely different from her other books, I think this is going to be one of my favourites of hers (so far anyway!!)
Orgasmic Meditation and Blaze Donahue... yes please!!!
Well this was something a little different from Jade C Jamison and I loved it. The story premise alone captured my imagination but add the book's cover and I was sold.
Kaylee is a introvert as a result of her strict upbringing so when her friends suggest travelling to Boulder for a session in OM she is horrified. I mean, who could relax with a stranger playing a tune on your private string section! Despite her friends' pleas, Kaylee is determined to sit this wild idea out but when Blaze steps in and offers her a one-on-one OM session Kaylee reluctantly agrees.
Kaylee has always had a crush on Blaze but assuming herself to be off his radar as she has never openly flirted with him, until now, when the two realise that their feelings for one another are mutual.
The story continues with Blaze and Kaylee getting to know each other better.
For me, this story was a little light on substance. It was a really easy read with no real twists and turns so it's an ideal story when you're looking for something a bit lighter. And yes, I did Google OM lol!!! Blaze is a real sweetheart though and makes you go all gooey inside!
Gosh I just love Jade and not this isn't like her normal books but I love it all the same. She took something that to me was über funny when I heard it and turned it into an awesome love story. Who would have thought the MO would be something you would want to try let alone read about but it was pretty cool. And yes Jade and I both live right by Boulder Co where this happens!!!! At first I thought it was like illegal massage parlors ya know. But it's not like that at all. In te book we met Kaylee who is a girl who is trying to turn I to the woman she always wanted to be, and Blaze is gonna help her do that. Blaze is her best friends brother who she has had a crush on for quite a while but because of her up bringing she would do nothing about it. Blaze on the other hand will do something about his feelings for her. When he know she won't adventure out like all her friends he brings the MO to her! It is amazing to watch this little love story grow and the people in it grow. Great job Jade!!!!
** I received a free copy of this book to read and review for Wicked Reads.**
How could you not want to read a book called Finger Bang?
I'm not sure what I expected but I was pleasantly surprised that is was such a sweet love story. I love that Jade stepped "out of the box" for this one. This isn't the typical Jade I am used to reading, it wasn't gritty or raw or that edge that she usually puts into her books. This was completely different, there was laughter, and aww moments and the sex scenes were slow and sweet. To me it was a quick read, but I've been waiting on this one since she announced the title! It hit my kindle and I pounced on it. Devoured it in one sitting.
Wow did this book put me on an emotional roller coaster ride.
I loved this book. It wasn't your typical woman falls in love with rich man blah blah blah.... This was a college junior falling in love with a graduating senior who worked hard to make ends meet and also the brother of her roommate. They've known each other for a few years but each didn't realize the other had feelings for the other.
Things change quickly thanks to her friends and Orgasmic Meditation.
The characters where great. They were funny, caring, heartwarming and believable (for the most part)
The storyline was fast paced, well written and did I mention that the sex was HOT!!
Would I recommend this book: Yes
Would I read more from this author: Yes
Did I google Orgasmic Meditation? No but I plan to when I finish writing this :)
**I RECEIVED THIS NOVEL AS AN ARC IN EXCHANGE FOR AN HONEST REVIEW**
So, I'm a bit behind on my reviews... okay, VERY behind. This review should have been posted 3 weeks ago! Eeek!
I'll admit, when I first started this book, It gave the whole 'Sex and The City' vibe, which I did watch, but it wasn't a favorite show of mine. The whole idea of going to Boulder, Colorado for 'Orgasmic Meditation' gave a 'Samantha Jones' feel to the opening chapters, with Kaylee balancing between 'Carrie Bradshaw' and 'Charlotte York-Goldenblatt.' I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to get into the book because of this.
Where it took a turn away from the SATC vibe (and where I started to really enjoy the book) was the moment Blaze offered to help Kaylee achieve an orgasm through OM. I had to giggle at the fact that Blaze 'saved' Kaylee from the embarrassment her friends were putting her through over the trip, only to offer it to her himself.
The sex scenes with HOT... I mean extremely hot. Ms. Jamison spared NO expense with the descriptions of the sexual scenes. I usually DON'T get bothered by reading sexual scenes in books, but I found myself excited after reading this book.
The story flowed well and no glaring grammatical errors jumped out at me. I'm not an English major by any means, but I know many readers complain to the point of meltdown over grammatical errors.
I did have ONE downfall with the book and it's a downfall I have with a LOT of books I've been reading lately; the heroine/female protagonist is VERY wishy-washy. In the last 3 out of 4 books I've read, the female protagonist would second guess herself and her relationship with the hero at every turn. I understand, everyone has self-doubt at one point in their lives, but to keeping turning the guy away and running from the relationship just gets tiring when you read it in book after book. It may be the 'In' thing to come off as insecure, but having been raised to be confident in everything I do and not back down from what I want and what I believe in, this characteristic in the book plot just irritates me.
But Kaylee's insecurities, whether it be over her relationship with Blaze or her clashes with her parents' beliefs was NOT a deal-breaker for me. The descriptions of the sex scenes MORE than made up for the annoyances of the plot.
There was one quote in the book that hit home for me, mainly because I have been in Kaylee's situation with people having issues with who I was dating...
He tried to find a way to say what he had to say without insulting her, but finally he just asked, "Are you happy?" "Right now?" "Yeah." He felt her nod under his hand. "Yeah." "Then who gives a shit what anyone else thinks?"
I actually stopped reading for a few minutes and let that sink in. That was my favorite line of the whole book.
I'm looking forward to reading more by Ms. Jamison soon.
I really enjoyed this book, even with Kaylee's securities. It was an extremely fun read and had some laugh-out-loud moments.
I finished the ARC of Finger Bang and am now giving an honest review of the book.
When Jade announced she was writing a book on orgasmic meditation, I have to admit I was intrigued and also wondered how it could be written into a story. Especially knowing Jades writes incredible stories I was anxious to get my hands on Finger Bang.
Fortunately for me, I won an ARC on a give away held through her page. Yay me! Of course I'm friends on Facebook with a few diehard Jade fans so I felt compelled to rub it in and would fully expect them to do the same thing. I mean hello, a Jade C. Jamison ARC and my lucky ass won the pleasure of being one of the few to read it prior to release. Ya! I dug right into it!
I am just behind on reviews. Okay, now for my review.
This book was different from what Jade usually writes. Usually her character leads are gritty and more raw and some come with some major baggage... Ethan Richards need I say more?
As I started the book I picked up on Kaylees lack of experience sexually and her demure personality and how she felt awkward when the subject of sex came up. Almost virginal but it works for her because of her strict religious upbringing.
I liked her sweetness right off the bat. I think because she was so different from any female characters I've read from Jade. I liked the innocence written into her character. Here lately you don't find much wholesomeness within a fictional character. I'm glad Jade took it there.
Blaze is compassionate, sweet and has a bad boy look about him that I think most women like in a dream book boyfriend. His career goals are different than most. Although I myself don't personally believe in the whole global warming or climate change thing, Jade wrote his enthusiasm on the subject so well, I had to give Blaze props for his choices and passion for trying to do his part to save the planet.
Now I am NOT going to recap the story for this review because you're suppose to read my insight on the characters and story and go One-Click it and read it with the knowledge that you're in for something different from Jade and a sweet story of a young woman's journey to learn and grow into her own sexual being and accept herself while learning to love who she is and love the man that Blaze is.
Let me just say, it all starts with an innocent finger bang to help Kaylee achieve her first orgasm and focus on the empowerment of it! It empowers her alright!
Now go get this book, read it, love it and leave a good review because it's a Jade C. Jamison book and her books fucking rock rather they feature a hot rocker or a hot environmentalist!
Every once in a while I run across a story that is just inherently sweet. I try to let my cynicism shine through and find something irritating or unlikable about the characters or the story, believe me, I try. But in the really well done ones, the ones that are balanced perfectly by heat and intelligence and humor, there’s never anything for me to find at which to turn up my nose. It’s just sweet and unapologetically so.
Finger Bang, despite it’s title, is one of those. When I first read the blurb for this book, I wasn’t sure how it was going to work out. A borderline frigid chick being turned to defrost by the concept of orgasmic meditation? I’m sorry, what? I figured at the very least it would be uproariously funny and that would even everything out. I never in a million years figured that I’d find a beautifully balanced, wonderfully sweet love story. But that’s exactly what I found.
Kaylee Baker is said frigid woman. She’s also a hard working college student hell bent on living life her way. Once she makes up her mind about something, nothing will get in her way. Sure she grew up sheltered and conservative, but she’s got an iron backbone to her that is really quite impressive once she figures out it’s always been there.
Blaze Donahue has been the object of Kaylee’s unspoken affections for years. What she doesn’t know, however, is that she’s always piqued his interest as well. What’s kept them apart is the mutually incorrect assumption that the other had no interest. What finally makes Blaze take a risk and make Kaylee an offer she tries (and fails) to refuse can probably be chalked up to the stars finally be aligned just so. But it opens them both up to a whole new world neither was expecting.
Jade C. Jamison has crafted a wonderfully balanced story in this book. There is equal parts heat, humor, intelligence and sweetness to make the full package simply a joy to read. It’s not often that you find a book that is just flat fun to read. Finger Bang is. Where the sex scenes could have easily become gratuitous and underwhelming they never once lost their heat, in fact the level of sexiness just kept ratcheting up every time Blaze and Kaylee came together (pun fully intended).
This book doesn’t take itself too seriously. It knows exactly what it is – sweet and fun. I can’t think of a better book to pick up in the middle of summer when you’re hiding from the heat and wishing for a vacation that may not be on the horizon. Finger Bang will definitely bring you a welcome break from the daily grind.
So I am slightly obsessed with all things JADE !! This book was on my list for that reason alone , but seriously , FINGER BANG , you know you want to read it , and the cover , there is no way you are going to say NO !! For me Jade is one of those REAL writers , you can feel the emotion and she does not sugar coat a damn thing !! This book is slightly different from her rocker books I have read but still full of everything I love. I find anytime I am reading a Jade book I am sharing things with my husband and this book was full of stuff to share !!
Orgasmic meditation....LOL I would never be able to do that , but hey I give Kaylee's roommates credit for going to try it out. Kaylee was the smartest of them all , she stayed home and got the real thing !!
Kaylee was raised to think sex was for marriage only , she had a few encounters but never played too much into the whole college experience when it came to sex and guys. It was no surprise to her 3 roommates that she was not planning on going with them for orgasmic meditation. She has had a crush on her roommate Rachel's brother Blaze for some time now but it is not a known fact. When he hears about this trip he sets a plan in motion since he also has a crush !! Let's just say that his plan is funny but also sexy as heck !! I could definitely see myself going for some orgasmic meditation by BLAZE !! The name alone leads you to believe he is SMOKIN !! Up until now the book has been funny but once Blaze and Kaylee have their encounter the story unfolds into so much more. The struggle of wanting more from someone than you expected , falling fast and hard , going against certain views you grew up with and being unsure if you should. Kaylee has come out of her shell and Blaze is loving every minute of it. But at the same time Kaylee questions everything she is doing which then makes Blaze question it all too. Yay for us they find their way and on their journey we get plenty of HOT SEX !!
Go buy this book , it is so many things wrapped into 1 !! A fast read , great for a beach day or rainy day read !! A funny lighthearted story about falling in love. Great sex and some hysterical situations that you will laugh out loud about , and maybe even google !! A NEW BOOK BOYFRIEND !!
So even before you start Finger Bang you know it's going to be fun, I mean the title was enough to make me giggle, yes I have a dirty mind and I don't care! And the synopsis too, another giggle from me. I couldn't wait to dive into this one.
Finger Bang is different from any other book I've read, and I mean that in a good way. I was expecting it to be a fun, easy read and it was but it was so much more. Jade has a way with words, the way she writes is beautiful. It felt like one minute I was just starting and before I knew it I'd finished.
The story was great, it stayed at a steady pace and kept me interested the whole way through. It was just the right amount of funny, with lots of romance and cuteness. The development was good too, nothing was rushed and it came together nicely. I couldn't find any faults at all, not that I expected any. ;)
I didn't quite know what to make of Kaylee at first. She seemed icy, shy and quiet but I love how she blossomed. I really enjoyed watching everything unfold, she completely transformed. Can you imagine watching a caterpillar turning into a beautiful butterfly? Well, that's what it was like, Kaylee finally got to spread her wings and fly. By the end of the book I wanted her to be my new BFF. She might seem unapproachable at first but she's a really nice person and once you get to know her you can't help but love Kaylee.
Blaze is definitely my new book boyfriend. I'd even go as far as saying I'm willing to fight to keep him! He is the sweetest, loyal, charming guy like EVER. He goes out of his way to make sure Kaylee feels as comfortable as possible and stands up for her when she feels cornered. I just LOVEEEEEEE him!
I can't believe Jade read an article about OM and decided to write a book about it, I mean how awesome is that. It's a great read and had me in fits of laughter on numerous occasions. If you're looking for a quick, fun read I highly recommend giving this one a go.

This is a stand-alone book / no series.
Once upon a time, there was a very good little girl who had been raised in the church. Then she went to college and was corrupted by a boy. She discovered (whispered) SEX! If my parents are reading this, they think that my friend has written my story. I have always been the good girl. I’m still teased for being a good girl (and what people don’t know, they don’t need to know!)
The situations may have changed, – I couldn’t even imagine someone suggesting OM when I was a student – but the realities are the same. College is a time of growing, not just academically, but as an adult.
Kaylee has a reputation for being cold and stand-offish. The truth is naiveté and shyness. For years, she has had a secret crush on her roommate’s brother, Blaze. Blaze has also secretly had his eye on Kaylee, but doesn’t want to breach the walls he perceives that Kaylee has built around herself. When he does take a chance, they both are opened to a possibility of finding true love. Of course, the door that opens the way is a little, no make that a lot, unique.
I was privileged enough to read this as a BETA for Ms. Jamison. As you know, I have loved every book I have ever read from her and this one is no exception. I loved this story of burgeoning womanhood and finding true love. There were parts that had me laughing so hard I couldn’t breathe. I could very well imagine my friends and me speaking to each other like that! My favorite quote of the book is, “she didn’t care if she went to hell for engaging in premarital sex. It was totally f*cking worth it.”
Do not miss this wonderful fun story. Drop me a note when you have and let me know what you think!
Kaylee Baker, a college junior, was raised in a strict religious household. Sex was forbidden unless you were married and “masturbation was the tool of the devil”. Kaylee has had a couple of boyfriends and yes she’s even had sex, but she cared about them, even thought she was in love with them. Needless to say her upbringing made sex less then enjoyable for her. Kaylee has never has an orgasm, not even on her own. In fact she’s never touched herself.
Blaze Donahue is a college senior. He’s hot, sexy and had that bad boy vibe. He’s had plenty of girlfriends, but nothing serious. Many people saw him as a bit of a player, not really staying with one woman for long.
“She felt awkward in her body, hadn’t fully embraced her sexuality yet, and this was hard for her.”
Kaylee and Blaze know each other through Rachel, Blaze’s sister and Kaylee’s roommate. One night while out at a bar, Rachel suggests the four female roommates take a trip into Boulder to check out this new thing called Orgasm Meditation, what the hell? Kaylee of course, wants nothing to do with it. Blaze happens to show up at the girls table just as this conversation is starting. He has had eyes for Kaylee for a few years, but she has always seemed standoffish. Is this his chance to get closer to her? He’s going to find out.
“Ladies, I don’t think this gang bang this is for everyone. Can you blame the poor girl?”
This book is a cute and sexy story about sexual awareness. I can relate to Kaylee due to my religious upbringing, having found sex to something not to be done or talked about outside of marriage. It’s not that Kaylee is an ice queen as some may see her, but she is shy and insecure. Could Blaze be what she needs to discover her sexual side? I highly recommend reading this book to find out. I give this book 4.5 stars with 4 hands down the pants!!
In the current trend for books to be of a dark nature, this was a breath of fresh air. This was a quirky and fun read. It didn't take itself too seriously and made fun of the modern trend of instant gratification.
Kaylee is shy and straight laced when it comes to men. She doesn't really know how to approach men and she has always had a soft spot for Blaze, her best friend's brother but has never given him indication. Unfortunately Kaylee's shyness can be misconstrued as frigidness and coldness. Blaze has always liked Kaylee too but has never acted on it because he never got any indication from her about her feelings for him.
When Kaylee's friends decide to experience the latest craze of Orgasmic Meditation, it is Kaylee's worst nightmare. Not very experienced and hating public displays of any sort, Kaylee tries her best to get out of it. She is completely embarrassed and horrified at the thought of paying for pleasure from a complete stranger, as I think most of us would be. It is at this moment that Blaze chooses to come to her rescue and makes her an offer that she seriously considers taking, giving Blaze hope that she feels something for him.
Kaylee's friends are the complete opposite to her: confident, sassy, quirky and willing to try new experiences. It is the contrast between Kaylee and her friends that make this a fun read. Blaze's determination to crack her icy exterior and the patience and understanding he shows Kaylee means that she flourishes under his attention and becomes more confident and starts to shine.
It is just a fabulously, awesome light read, with lots of quirky, laugh out loud moments and a sweet love story. Jade C. Jamison has delivered a fun read around the most unlikely of subjects.
I love Jade's work. She is an Author that I just one click no matter what she puts out. That being said I gave this book 5 fingering stars!!!! She did not disappoint.
This story was hot! Getting through that first sex scene and the way she described it!! HOT DAMNN!!!!!
Kaylee is innocent she comes from a home that frowns upon pre- marital sex and masturbating. She tries to get past her issues but they have left her shy and closed off when it comes to the opposite sex. Her friends are overwhelming and carefree, and the total opposite of Kaylee. Blaze, oh Blaze. This man can you say SEXY man on a stick!! Yes he was all that and more!!! He was patient and loving and just plain perfect!!
I love how Jade turns a story about getting off by some strangers fingers into a love story that is totally epic!! This is a story that you don't want to miss. Yes, her friends were a little out there, yes, it is a crazy story. Yes, that is why you should read it! Jade does not disappoint and just a warning you will want to get your drink of choice, a comfy pillow and a good relaxing chair, YOU will not want to put this baby down until you are all done!!!! It will leave you wanting more! Thank you Jade once again for a book that did not disappoint and is unlike any other!
Jade has done it again! Finger Bang is light-hearted, fun, and of course, erotic. We meet Kaylee when she is at the bar with her 3 roommates who are her best friends. Rachel brings up an article she read about a place in Boulder where they specialize in Orgasm Meditation. All of the roommates were excited about this and want to check it out. All of them that is except Kaylee. She was raised in an ultra conservative household with very strict Christian beliefs, especially regarding sex. Just talking about it makes Kaylee uncomfortable. Of course, to make matters worse, as they are discussing this and trying to get Kaylee to go with them, who joins the conversation…none other than Kaylee's long time crush, Blaze, Rachel's brother. Blaze listens to their conversation and jokes with the girls about why would you pay someone to do that when it can be done on your own? He watches Kaylee and notices she isn't very comfortable with the trip and tries to help her feel better by siding with her by stating he didn't think a public group OM is for everyone. We find out he has had eyes for Kaylee for a few years as well, but never acted on his feelings, not believing she could feel the same. He decides to see if there would be an opportunity with her when the other girls leave the table for drinks and offers to be her personal therapist and give her an OM in private. What happens next is a sexy and hot, sweet and tender story of sexual awakening, lust, love, and personal growth. I love this book and found if fan"finger"tastic!!
Finger Bang Review Before I started Finger Bang, I had read so many great reviews and heard just as many verbal recommendations for the book. I had just finished reading a book for review and wondered what to read next, so I hopped onto Amazon and bought Finger Bang. I must say.....WOW! This has GOT to be one of the best books I have read in awhile. I was hooked from page one. Jade C Jamison hit the nail on the head with this one! In this story, a group of friends live together in Colorado while attending college. When three of the four friends decides to go to Boulder to experience the newest trend, Orgasmic Meditation. This is when a woman pays a complete stranger to finger them until they climax. The friend that stayed behind, Kaylee, grew up in a strict and religious family, so she couldn't DREAM of ever experiencing that. But when her best friend and roommate's brother, Blake, offers to let him do it to her so she can experience it without being embarrassed, she reluctantly agrees. For the longest time, she has had a crush on Blaze without knowing the feeling was mutual. She goes against everything her parents brought her up to be just to be with Blaze. I give this book a full 5 stars! I highly recommend to those who haven't read Finger Bang yet, to run to the nearest Barnes & Noble or to Amazon and buy it! This book was a page turner. I was IMMERSED in it. I felt like I WAS Kaylee. Great job, Jade! I am definitely looking for more of your work!

So with a title like this who can resist reading this book! Finger Bang was a light-hearted fun tale about Kaylee; a very reserved, semi-prudish female and the discovery of not just her sensual side but also the love of her life.
Kaylee is a very likeable character and very relatable. She has little or bad experiences with the opposite sex and is therefore mortified at the idea that her friends spring on her one night. What's the idea you ask? Well Therapeutic Orgasms of course, DUH!! Kaylee's friends are all about trying this new craze and try their best to get Kaylee to agree but fail miserably. With no desire to expose herself to a stranger it looks as if Kaylee will be stuck in her unsatisfactory sex life. But wait there is hope, a very sexy, delectable hope and his name is Blaze baby, well just Blaze not Blaze baby, haha.
I loved this story, I enjoyed how Blaze and Kaylee interact. Blaze is continually patient with her and we see Kaylee progress and come into her own. She basically grows a pair, stops letting people walk all over and becomes this empowered, sexually charged female. There is comedy, some sexy sexy time and a great relationship development in this story. You fall in love with both Kaylee and Blaze and will leave this book with a big smile on your face. Five Orgasmic Stars!!!
I love this book from beginning to end. The title caught my attention. How could it not? All I could think about was how hot this book was going to be. Figuring it focused on a group that went to try OM together and their experiences. But it was much more than just a bunch of hot scenes.
The first part of it was so funny I found myself laughing out loud as I'm reading. Kaylee's friends taking about the Orgasmic Meditation that one of them read about...in public no less, would be embarrassing. Kaylee refused to give it a shot. Who can blame her. Would you want a bunch of strangers sharing that intimate moment? I could just picture a few of my friends sitting around having this discussion after a few too many drinks.
Then there was Blaze's offer. I was surprised she took him up on it. As the relationship between Kaylee and Blaze developed, it became so much more than just hot sexy read read. It became a wonderful love story between two people who make each other happy. It is definitely different than the type of book that I've come to expect from this author but I was definitely not disappointed in it at all.
This book would be a perfect beach read or for snuggling up on the couch on a snowy winters day. It's guaranteed to bring a smile to your face and warm your heart.
I received a free copy of this book to read and review for Wicked Reads.
"Orgasmic meditation?" Yep, I'd read a book about that.
Shy Kaylee Baker is wondering what the big deal is. She's had sex, not that mind blowing in her opinion, so why the fuss over this "orgasmic meditation" place in Boulder.
Blaze Donahue has had a cruzh on Kaylee since she became roommates with his sister, Rachel. Overhearing their discussion about heading down to Boulder to see for themselves what the OM was all about, he gladly joined the discussion.
I expected a lot more of the OM, but I have to say this is a nice, sweet romance that took me my back to my college years.
"I received a free copy of this book to read and review for Wicked Reads."
This sweet coming of age romance has an amusing starting point - a discussion about orgasmic meditation amongst four girls in their flat. Through this we learn just how shy and repressed the leading lady is, mainly due to her overly strict parents. However it turns out that she may just be about to grow up, thanks to her room mate's brother Blaze. And Blaze is seriously hot, lucky girl!!
I really enjoyed the story being told from both POV, and the thoughts going through their heads were great fun to read. An enjoyable, lighthearted read.
