ليلى تغادر البيت Laila Leaves the House

جاءت هذه القصة لتحاكي معاناة أطفال غزة في الحرب والصدمات النفسية التي يتعرضون لها. ليلى أحد الأطفال الذين اضطروا للنزوح مع عائلاتهم إلى المدرسة القريبة من بيتهم، غير أنها فقدت القدرة على الكلام عند رؤيتها ركام بيتها، ولم تستعد صوتها إلا عندما روت لها أم صابر حكاية.

The story was written after the attack on Gaza strip to resemble the life of children under war and deal with psychosocial traumas they might endure. Laila is one of those children that had to seek shelter with her family in one of the nearby schools. She lost her ability to talk when she saw the ruins of their house and could not speak until Um saber told her a story.
